We did. It was a struggle trying to pack them on the last night. I did not know what to expect gifts wise. We barely had enough room for everything.

When I figure out how to post pictures I will. Maybe that will keep me busy until we sail away. I need something to do. I'm going to work on my magnets.

Well good morning all you seem to have gone crazy last night!!! I can't wait to have pictures to share so for next years cruise I can add to the fun. I am a camera crazy lady....I got one that I could easily fit in my pocket so that I can take it anywhere. I have been known to take over 200 pics a day and my family - who does not always understand the Disney obsession look at me like I'm NUTS!!!!

Lady and Sons is on our bucket list....I have been to Savannah once - long time ago and LOVED it....but then I got addicted to Disney and we rarely go anywhere else....one day!!!

All this hurricane talk is making me nervous....we have never sailed before....DD6 is terrified of storms....we didn't get trip insurance...you all are making my head spin. So for those of you who have been on a diverted ship...how bad does it get, what should I prepare her for. DD6 needs to have very CLEAR explanations of things or she becomes an emotional wreck...I know just imagine those teen years!!

I have almost all of my FEs done...I have some packing done. I am trying not to overpack and I am trying to put everything in one suitcase we will need once we get to WDW but with costumes for MNSSHP and the girls Cinderella dresses....then CLOTHES...they are not fitting into the smaller suitcase and I NEED the big ones for the cruise part...!!!

Well I need to shower...have to take DD6 to her theater class. OH I forgot DD3 started school on Thurs and she LOVED it!!

I've never been on the ship when we had to avoid a storm. I've been on when there were downpours of rain and I've been on when the undercurrents were too strong to dock at CC. The rain just made it so that you couldn't do any outside activities and the undercurrents just gave us another sea day. That really stunk because the only part of that cruise I was REALLY looking forward to was spending the day on CC.

Here is my absolute favorite picture that we've ever gotten on a DCL cruise.

This was on pirate night. DH asked the DVC rep if he would get something for putting a DVC tattoo on his face. The guy told him that he would definitely make sure to give him something special if he did that. So, on pirate night he put the pirate Mickey tattoo and the DVC logo tattoo on his face!

PHOTOGRAPHERS, SHUTTERS, & LIFESTYLE PORTRAITS
1. Lifestyle portraits! If you are planning to have one done, the only background choice is white, so plan clothing choices appropriately. In addition, there are backdrops out every night to have pictures taken in front of. So, come down early before dinner, find the one you like best and get in line for a family picture.

2. You can have Christmas Cards made on the ship using one of the pictures that Shutters photographers have taken of your family.

3. Bring at least one color coordinated/matching outfit for the entire family.

4. When you see the Shutter's staff, drag (ask them) nicely over to photograph your kids, you, etc. rather than wait from them to ask - you will have a lot more pictures to choose from later.
