die hard bills fan here!!!!!

<<<<<==== Die hard Colts Fan. Um how many Super Bowls have you all won? Ewww Ouch! I think we know how you feel. We have been through the tuff years as well before Peyton Manning came to town. Been through more than one 3 and 13 or 2 and 10 seasons. My daughters soon to be Father in Law is a Bills fan as well.

So are you guys celebrating the departure of T.O.? :cool1:

By the way we were at the pathetic excuse for a game today. We just have to keep thinking, its only pre-season and it doesn't matter yet. :rotfl2:

Dang - always about 10 minutes to late. I was outside watching the grill. Baked potatoes and ribeyes for supper tonight. Yummmmmmooooooo!

WE DESPERATLY NEED A QUALITY QB LIKE WE HAD IN JIM KELLY!!!

A FRIEND OF MINE WHO HAPPENS TO BE 90 BUT YOU WOULD THINK HE WAS 60 KNOWS THE OWNERS OF THE STEELERS. HE GOES REGULARLY TO THERE GAMES FROM HERE. SOMETIMES A BUNCH OF GUYS GO DOWN TO PITTSBURGH WITH HIM TO WATCH A GAME. A HAVE A FEW WOBBLY POPS:rotfl2:

Die Hard Bill's Fan here..... even if we are 0-4 in SB games... but we made it there 4 times in a row...

No footbball fans here. I used to love the 49er's when Joe Montana was the QB. But DH is not in to sports at all. He does like to golf though.

I GUESS YOU MIGHT BE BILLS FAN LIVING ABOUT AN HOUR FROM BUFFALO.:rotfl2: I WILL BE IN BURLINGTON NEXT SUNDAY ON NEW STREET IN A LAWNBOWLING TOURNMENT.

Ok. I can barely contain my excitement  so I am going to share it here since only fellow Disers would understand :goodvibes the other day I posted that we made ressies for NYE and also my b-day (the 1st). DH asked where I wanted to eat on my B-day. I told him that I had made ressies for Tutto Italia. He asked if that was where I really wanted to eat for my B-day. I said it was fine but if I could eat anywhere I would want to try the new Queen's Room at Victoria and Alberts. He said to go for it! Well they only have 4 tables so I figured it would be a slim chance. They had one table for two available on my birthday :yay: I am so excited we get to go!!!!

Terrie :)

Congrats on getting that b-day dinner ressie!!!

Wow, I've been away for several months and I had hundreds of pages to read and then find a new thread! You guys have been SO BUSY! I had no idea Disboards would be like this. This is so cool. We've been a bit busy ourselves. We have a new baby- due last week... Born in May.. just a bit early. It's really my granddaughter, but since they live only 3 miles away, we live the drama. We have a 15 month granddaughter by the same daughter so two babies has been quite fun. We are REALLY ready for the cruise. It will be hard to be away and at Disney with the rest of the family but we also can't wait for a break. In the midst of all the fun, my DH and I were being pulled behind the boat by a "friend" who decided we should jump bigger waves on the tube and we crashed into each other. My DH's head hit my shoulder. 6 weeks later, my arm is still broken. So I'm learning to type a little slower now. However, all that being explained, I'm still planning to make buttons for those that want them! I have the supplies and some ideas for the design. I luckily had all my FE gifts completed before we started with the baby in May so we're ready for 11 days of Disney and cruising!! Woo hoo!!

Welcome back to the DISboards! I hope your new granddaughter is doing good. That's super premature!! And so sorry to hear about your broken arm! OUCH!!!! Hopefully you're out of the cast four weeks from now!!

I'm not much of a football fan, however, I live in "Bear country" and have been to Soldier Field twice for Bon Jovi concerts and that is one beautiful football stadium!!!! Got to see the Bears play the Cardinals many years ago we were on the 40 yard line....my in-laws had season passes and weren't able to attend that game so we got to go in their place. It was pretty cool! My aunt and uncle live in Indy and several years ago my aunt sold some furniture to a guy that was new to town. This was the week of Thanksgiving and the furniture wasn't going to be in by Thanksgiving and he was having his family over for dinner. So my aunt offered to let him use her dining set (it was being stored in the garage due to remodeling) and to thank her for the use of it he gave her tickets to the MONDAY NIGHT GAME...he was the newest player on the Colts. She had no idea who he was when she was offering to let him use her furniture, she just felt sorry for him that he wasn't going to have furniture to host Thanksgiving dinner! How cool is that?!

I like golf, been watching with my father for years, now I play and live on a course..

Have they ever connected after the game. It can be so cool who you connect with sometimes and not know it.

Congrats on getting that b-day dinner ressie!!!

It is pretty cool when you see them arround town from time to time.. Sometimes you do a double take, you think it's him, but are you really sure..:)
