What is the lowest price that anyone has ever paid for the Deluxe Drink Package on RCCL? At ~$75.00/day it is not worth it to me, but I might be interested at ~$40.00/day. I saw one posting where someone paid ~$50/day. Does it ever get any lower? Maybe on Black Friday?

$18 a day.

I didn't pay it, but many did. It was an IT glitch years ago that Royal was shamed into honoring.

The lowest recently has been around $65/day, but I don't know what ship or what time of year, both of which, along with how well the package is selling, affects the cost. I think it may have been ~$50/day YEARS ago.

If it's not worth it to you at $75/day, don't buy it. Keep watching.

I think the cost of the RCCL Deluxe Drink Package varies based on the ship and the number of nights you’re sailing. I did Icon for 7 nights and I think I paid $76 per night for the package (maybe a 35% discount). I mainly had cocktails and wine and at that price, I had to drink 6 drinks a day (@$14 each) to come out ahead. Prior to your cruise, the price changes often and will go back and forth between full price and a percentage off. For my cruise, they had a BOGO deal for the longest time so I had to wait until that was off before I purchased as a solo traveler. You should receive emails whenever there’s a sale. I started taking pictures of the percentage off each time I bought so that I knew if the next discount was worth it. I think I bought and canceled it 3 times before I got the lowest price.

As I said in the other thread, IGNORE THE PERCENTAGE OFF. A 30% OFF deal could actually be cheaper than 50% off. The base price will change so a 30% off and 50% off is actually the same.

And yes, the ship, the time of year, the length of sailing, AND how well the package is selling will affect what it's offered for.

I bought it in Black Friday for my cruise in June. I paid $49.99. I never saw the price go lower and watched it for a year. I also bought unlimited dining on black Friday and paid $220 for a week.
