We don't even have a lottery here in NC yet....
If it wasn't for our tax return, the cruise wouldn't be paid off yet....
Now its time to save so we can have spending money.

hello there all! well we havent recieved our package yet because we are all the way over here in Guam..things here take a while to get here. Still looking at plane tickets...we might buy our tickets come the end of the month or begining of next month...Hubby wants to wait for a bit to see if the prices of tickets come down or not. right now it is $1765 per person round trip for the time frame tat we want. but overall cant wait for July to get here! Look out disney!

Hi Everyone! We finally got our planning booklets on the 1st! You guys are good....I still haven't paid off our cruise yet - maybe by the 23rd. We did book our flights this week! It was a nightmare! Ended up with a multi-carrier flight, good flight times, and a great price. So it was worth it. I just had to keep putting in our reservations for about 90 minutes - finally it went through.
My DSIL booked the hotel today, sorry iggbees, we're staying at the Pop Century! Unless you're treating! We're going down on the 19th, so we'll be at WDW for 3 nights before. Now we have to look into transportation from WDW to the Port. Anybody recommend any other car service besides happy limo? I know budget is the rental car near the port. We have to figure all this out for 11 of us. Still lots to think about and do! Hard to believe it will be here before we know it. Only 70 more days of school til vacation! Had a snow day yesterday - not much snow - some sleet, but the timing of the storm was the factor. Castaway Cay would be nice to be at about now!

Got our planning booklet today finally! We are booked in POFQ the night before the cruise (and our beloved BCV after). All we need is airfare. We have our flight down, but need to change our return flight by one day (booked roundtrip SW return on Aug 3, we really need Aug.4, but we were advised by SW rep that we could just amend last leg when new schedule is released. We wanted round-trip to possibly avoid extra security hassles since we need to check in on line to get the coveted "A" boarding passes! ) Until then, I keep looking at the DCL/WDW pics of the day and dream of warmer weather!

Got our planning booklet today finally! We are booked in POFQ the night before the cruise (and our beloved BCV after).

We will be at POFQ for the three nights before the cruise. Don't expect to run into us there on the 21st. MK is open until 3 AM for EMH! The night before that, Epcot is open until 12:00 midnight for EMH, and MGM is open until 1 AM on the 19th! We are going for broke in three days!

The planning kit showed up over the weekend. Still wondering about Cozumel.

We just got our planning book today too. I am just so excited! We also are going to WDW ahead of time - 5 entire days!!!! We are staying at WLV before the cruise and after the cruise we are staying at AKL for 1 night.

I got a island gram in the mail, complete with scratch and sniff seashell, how to draw Mickey, and info about the treasure hunt on CC...
Its making the waiting go ever so slowly.....

Yeah, the island-gram was pretty cool. I wish they had more details about the Family Scavenger hunt, though. Will this be suitable for younger kids?

I'm also a tad curious as to the new destination for 2007. Guesses? A co-worker who was on the Magic repo cruise through Panama last summer thinks they're going to Europe next year.

Welcome SJCSuzyQ...just got back from SJ for my grandfather's 90th. He's been in SJ his whole life. He used to own the plot of land off the 280 just north of Tully Rd for his ranch....of course it's all houses and condos now. Even the last 10 years, I can't believe how much it's grown.

Good to see another Left-coaster aboard.

I'm new to all this so be patient. I've been reading the boards for a week now. I've read this thread from beginning to end. We recently booked this cruise. It's me DH and DD (4) and DS (4) twins. We went on the 4 day wonder May 2005 and loved it. I've found lots of great info here. I'm wondering do you think we will follow the same format as the regular western substuting CC for Key West as far as activities, meals, and show goes? Does that mean APL rotation will do CB on the 1st CC morning. Will the dining nights stay the same? Is the small world dinner the same as Master Chef or is it new? You all seem to know so much.
I was going to book Palo for the first night but luckily I saw a thread about the club changing on the first night. We had assumed it would be the same as the wonder. (Bethipooh I wanted to add a post on that thread but it was closed. It is a big deal. As soon as I read the thread I EMailed Disney to complain but haven't heard anything back.) Looking forward to having a great vacation!

Thanks for the kind words about the discussion regarding the kids club. Things got heated on that thread, and I even lost my cool a little...LOL
I also emailed Disney about it, but never heard anything back. we are debating giving DS(9) sign out privledges for that night, just so he can go without us. He wasn't to thrilled being there with us. Otherwise he won't be in the clubs till Sunday night.

As far as I can tell from reading recent Western navigators, everything should be about the same for us, just different stops. Our group is planning on Palo (hopefully) for Monday night since we will be dressed up if it is formal night. And brunch for Thursday.

I am not sure about the CB or how they work. This is our first 7 night cruise.

I think pirate night is Wednesday..but don't hold me to it. I based this on the navigators I have seen for western cruises.

Same for us with Palo, and excursions...Kinda hard to plan with Roodoll in Guam.

I cant help it if i am here in Guam there Bethipoh...but we are still waiting to purchase our tickets. We have been booked for 3 different flights with 3 different quotes. The lady at the travel agency said to wait to see next month if flights have either gone up or down. if they go up then we are locked into our quote she gave us...right now as it stands it is gonna cost us $1528 per person round trip...well time to go eat patch me a mesage all!
