any time that I have gone I have had seperate tickets for both legs of the journey, maybe it says return on the tickets now? I would check it out it I was you before you go. Depends on the time of day how frequent the busses are. In Dec our flight was late and we missed shuttle bus by 5 mins...

    ,

Hi we have stayed in Movenpick many times and love it. Its really luxurious and spotlessly clean, and they have a great breakfast. My only complaint ever about this hotel is that it can take an age to check in, I suppose that depends on the time you arrive but we generally get there about 4pm...

Goodbye, Au Revoir, Auf Wiedersehen, Adios, Arrivederci,

I think its a real pity that this has happened. Everyone here is here because of a love for DLRP, its always a shame when politics causes rifts and upset. I wish you well, and hope that maybe you'll come back someday. All the best, keep enjoying Disney! Mini :flower3:

Room rates for Disneyland Hotel CC in December '06?

When you say December do you mean this December or Dec 06? I'd say its VERY unlikely that there will be Castle Club rooms available for this Dec since it tends to book out quite quickly. Despite the high prices its very popular and because its so small the demand generally exceeds...

    last night...

I generally start planning everything in minute detail about four weeks before we leave...make lists of time we arrive, approx time we arrive at hotel, approx time then we arrive at park, what we'll do first, what we'll do second, what we'll do third, fourth, fifth etc etc, where we'll eat, what...

    Alternatives to VEA

Chipinpin I had to laugh when I read about you not having the cop-on to know that you return the rental cars via the "no-entry" sign...we had the same problem when we visited last August...took forever to find the right place to drop it off. I wont even get started on our adventure trying to...

    Questions re Newport Bay Hotel

Hi I agree with the above posts, The Disneyland Hotel is well worth the extra money if you can afford it. Hotel is more or less in the park, and it makes it so much easier to nip back to the room if you need a rest. Its amazing how much walking you will be doing so anything that makes it...

    real snow?

Was there late last January when it snowed and it was absolutely magical, and none of the rides were suspended as a result. I think one of my all time favourite memories is riding BTM in the snow, it was gorgeous. Have been there many times in December and never had snow unfortunately...maybe...

    New Here!

Having stayed at both the Holiday Inn and the Movenpick, I must say they are both excellent hotels and you are unlikely to get a Disney Hotel cheaper. Bear in mind though that your park passes will be included in a Disney hotel package, but not in the above hotels if you book direct with them...

    Inventions Dinner

Hi we had a birthday at Inventions for the past two years and I personally think its the best place to celebrate. Both times Minnie brought the cake and all the waiters gather around the table and sing happy birthday, as do whatever characters are around. Last year was my mums 70th birthday...

    Thermals

Hi all I've just today bought some cool handwarmers in M & S. They are shaped like little hot water bottles and there is a small silver disc in them that you press, this hardens the pack and heats it for ages, then you can press it again to re-activate it. It cost 5 Euro but then I spotted...

Can I get annual passes in disney village?

You can get one day tickets at the Kyriad and then use them to get into the park. Go to the annual passport bureau which is to the left of the entrance to Discoveryland. Then when you buy the annual passes they will deduct the price of the day ticket. Will save you queuing to get tickets at...

Can I get annual passes in disney village?

You can buy a day pass at the offsite hotels, and then you can pay the extra at annual passport bureau to exchange for annual passes. This might be an idea, depending on where you are staying that is.

Is disneyland paris REALLY busy just after Xmas?

Yes it is very busy at that time of year. We went last year and felt that it was too busy to really enjoy the holiday. Much better before Christmas of after New Year. :wave2:

We love the movenpick hotel, have stayed htere a few times and due to return in December. Its a lovely hotel, transport is good though can be very crowded at closing time. Might be easier to walk? Or last time we got hire car and it was great, though apart from clsosing times the transport is...

    Annual Passport Question

Yea, thats right. It often works out cheaper if you are buying 3 or more annual passes, also it gives you discounts on shopping and restaurants so it is much better to get annual passes. It wont give you any discounts/benefits in the US though. Have a good time. :wave2:
