I am here now, and have made changes DURING my window. Works better at MK than Epcot b/c there aren't as many options at Epcot so the timing may not work to your advantage, but I changed them a bunch at the MK yesterday and it worked great!

Whenever you check in, you'll get your "key", either a KTTW card or MagicBand at that time even if your room is not available yet. You should be fine!

What's the procedure for checking in club level? I'm used to driving up and checking in at the GCH while the bell services loads up the bags under wife's supervision, then I leave them at the GCH and go park the car. Do we have to check in at Hawaii or do the same thing at the GCH?
