We just got back a couple of weeks ago with our 9 month old and he napped and slept in his pack and play and everything worked out great with our room. He was so tired that he would even nap while my older son and I watched cartoons. We had reserved a standard room, but sent in a fax...

We were there last week and the sand bar area and a small section of the lazy river were all that was open. They are doing a lot of repainting. I "heard" that they should be finished at the end of the month, but I don't know how accurate that info is.

I can't promise that it will be that way all the time, I guess...but it WAS that way everyday, everywhere last week. It was AWESOME! I never could believe that 5 deluxe hotels had to share one bus route anyway.

I know at YC/BC they check your room key almost as soon as you enter the pool area. Then you and your children are given wrist bands to wear to identify you as a resort guest.

We are going to be there the 25th-30th for the Lotusphere conference. It is being held at the S&D and there will be a lot of people there, but not to the point that I would say it is "crowded". This will be our third year at this conference and it has never been very crowded. HTH. :D

We are going to be there that same week for Lotusphere and the conference is actually held at the s/d, so that is probably why the rooms are hard to come by.

you CAN use the pool at Boardwalk because I got a postcard saying that. It didn't mention having to have a pass.
