Port Orleans Riverside Q&A Thread 2013, Part Two [Thread now FULL and closed]

Hi everyone, We'll be going down on Wed. We're wondering where we can get milk and bottled water at PORS. Also read it might be cheaper at the Hess Gas station if you don't have a car, and we won't have one this time. What do you think? We will only be there from Wed-Mon. Thanks, Deb :)

Port Orleans Riverside Q&A Thread 2013, Part Two [Thread now FULL and closed]

Question here-we'll be there for the first time in 2 weeks- What if you have purchased your tickets through Undercover Tourist? Then I'm guessing you can't do this? And the benefit from doing this is? I ask because we've been invited, but my tickets are from Undercover Tourist?

    Am I the only one?

We are going the Wed after Labor day for 5 days. It was what we could afford. We got a good rate-30 per cent off and then got the offer of the free dining plan. It made it very expensive. While 'free' dining would be nice, after speaking to many people on the board, it probably wouldn't be...

TEMPORARY Refrigerator Removal from WDW Resorts

We are going to PO Riverside in Sept. We really were counting on the Fridge. You see, husband needs his coffee and half in half in the morning, and we're on a limited budget. We aren't big eaters, and would probably just have cereal for breakfast in the room in the morning. This sort of deep...

    Just bought our Park Tickets!

Ok-it's real now! We just bought our park tickets with Undercover Tourist! We went with Park Hopper. It made sense-we figured this way if things got too crowded, we at least had options of bouncing from Park to Park. It's costing us an arm and a leg, but this is my graduation present to...

    Blisters on balls of feet

I had this happen a few years ago in Las Vegas, doing alot of walking. I would recommend 2 things: the cushions Dr.Scholls makes that fit in your shoes-and a comfortable pair of sneakers to put them in. Also, I used very comfortable cotton socks that had some cushioning in them. That helped...

    Saving at Disney

After feedback, we'll probably just go without the plan-this way we can eat what we want, when we want, how we want. If it's really hot, we may not feel like eating too much, or just want a snack somewhere. This way, too, we can figure things as we go along.

How much to do on first day?

Hi guys, We're coming to WDW in early Sept. We just have 5 days, and since we're flying in and getting in the first day about 11:30, we're wondering if we should get a ticket for that day or if we might do better, being it will be a very early day for us (we'll be up by 3am) to take that day...
