Party of 30 - Group Getaway?

We took my husbands family with us once and there were 14 of us. It was great! At several restaurants we were seated at a couple of tables that were next to each other but most of the time we were together. Have fun!

    BWI sold out in Nov?

Depending on your weekend you could be talking about the weekend of Wine and Dine marathon which might be why you have a problem with availability.

    I hate veggies - help!

Since you like roasted asparagus, try roasted cauliflower and broccoli. Those are our families favorites!

What does your Garden Grocer order look like?

We've bought just about everything from Garden Grocer over the years. We order a lot of breakfast items and one of my girls favorites are the individual cereal boxes that come in an assortment. I never buy those at home so it's a treat when we are on vacation. The other thing I buy is Entenmanns...

    Is this 'ethical'?

I think that would be a great idea and perfectly ethical to do! It's probably what I would do too! Have a great trip!

Would you keep this ADR? (help a first timer?)

I think having a rental car is a great idea. But my suggestion is for you to use it for transportation to get everywhere EXCEPT the Magic Kingdom. I'd use Disney transportation to get there. The reason behind my suggestion is that there isn't any onsite parking for the Magic Kingdom, you have...

Which haven't you tried, but WANT to...

The ones I'm most looking forward to trying are: Sanaa Bluezoo Raglan Road San Angel Inn (I just like the atmosphere - I live in Texas and get plenty of Mexican food!)

any jeep or ford escape, ford focus or cmax drivers here?

My husband's company car is the ford cmax- energi. We've only had it since November and its been a good car. No problems yet! He has put 16,000 miles on it in that time. We have a 2003 ford expedition with 160,000 miles. We bought it new and have had great luck with it. Its mostly had...

    Trader Joe's coming to DTD??!!

I'd trade our Trader Joe's for a La Bamba and Avanti's, you up for that? Lol! I miss both of those here in Dallas, TX. Graduated from Illinois Wesleyan and miss both restaurants!

Here Now, Need Epcot area QS suggestions

We love the fish and chip stand in England. Probably one of our favorites in the whole park. If fish isn't your thing I think the Tangeriene Cafe is a good value for your money. My family also likes the quick service in Mexico for their nachos. Enjoy!

Boma buffet breakfast - worth the price?

We love Boma for breakfast. It's usually not very crowded (unlike dinner) and the food is wonderful. Love their pecan caramel rolls, they're the best. We did it last year before our Animal Kingdom day and loved it so much we are doing it again. While the character buffets are fun, this so much...

Opinions, please. Clearwater or Marco Island?

I don't know anything about the hotels on either beach but I do know the beaches. WIthout a doubt I would pick Marco Island! No contest! The best way I would explain it is...if you lived in Clearwater, the beach there would be fine for that...but you would still want to vacation in Marco...

Need Help Bridging Ticket to Annual Pass

Okay, after thinking this through one more time I think I answered my own question. The 8 day ticket will be over the price of the annual pass after I add the discount back onto the price. So the 5 day ticket it is! If there is a better way of doing this, let me know! I need all the help I...

Need Help Bridging Ticket to Annual Pass

We are leaving on May 1st for our trip. We will be upgrading one of our adult tickets to an annual pass so we can take advantage of the free parking (we are staying offsite) and the TIW card (we do one TS meal a day at least and we will have 10 people) so the difference in the price from the 9...

    Date Night Dinner?!?

Stick with Victoria and Albert's! My advice is to trust the chefs working there. The restaurant didn't get their Michelin rating for bad food. Everything they make is wonderful and they are true artists with food. It's definitely something you should experience given the opportunity. And if...

5 Most Difficult Ressies to Get ...

I would say the five hardest to get are Be Our Guest Cinderella's Royal Table O'hana Chef Mickey Le Cellier or Crystal Palace Not as common of a request but still difficult to get might be the Chef's Table at Victoria and Albert's. I agree with the above poster who stated that...

    If you could pick....

Keeping in mind that you are 62 days out, here are my recommendations. Biergarten (Epcot) Sanaa (Animal Kingdom Lodge) Rose and Crown (Epcot) Beaches and Cream (Doesn't take ADR's but it's table service - Beach Club) Hollywood Brown Derby (DHS) Sci-Fi Dine In (DHS) Yak and Yeti (Animal...

    breakfast at CRT.

We eat at CRT every trip for our first breakfast meal of the trip on our first full park day, it's our tradition, and with three girls it's an easy choice for us. The first time we ate there was in 2006. They had the older menu where you had the option of the traditional breakfast with...

Who do you rent through for Sheraton Vistana?

I didn't realize they were two different resorts. What is the difference? Is one closer to the parks than the others?
