I'm primarily concerned with the mods (POR/FQ and CBR) So, is it safe to assume that if I can physically "access" the pool area - and am reasonably quiet about it - I should be safe in having my moonlight swim?

In general, what are the hours of pool operation at the resorts? Also, how firm are these stated hours? In other words, if I were in serious need of a late-night dip, would I be risking sirens, bells, whistles and an escort to the main gate..?

Photo pass access expired earlier than we thought it would. My wife didn't realize that pictures expired 30 days after first claimed. This wasn't explained by photo pass personnel at that time and since family accessed while we were still at WDW to see our progress the expiration came earlier...
