September Trip - Avoid Weekends?

Looking for advice/opinions.:confused3 We're considering a 6 night - 7 day trip in mid-September. We were planning on flying in early Sunday, the 14th, with a return the following Saturday. While looking at flight prices and resort availability we have developed plan B - flying out Thursday, the 11th with a Wednesday return. Can anyone see any advantage to selecting one itinerary versus the other, as it relates to park crowds, ADRs, etc.?

Thanks!

Parks levels are pretty low at that time of year so I don't think the dates would matter too much. I would go with whatever is cheaper. In terms of ADRs...It's been 2 months since ADRs for Sept were available. It's also free dining. I would pick your dates ASAP and then be flexible with your ADR choices. Also, MNSSHP is running during those dates which means the MK closes early several nights. Keep that in mind with your plans.

It's not going to matter. The only times during the fall when weekends are bad is during the Food and Wine Festival. And I believe that starts the last weekend in September.

Just take ponchos and brush up on what love bugs are. You'll be fine.
