photo pass access expired

Photo pass access expired earlier than we thought it would. My wife didn't realize that pictures expired 30 days after first claimed. This wasn't explained by photo pass personnel at that time and since family accessed while we were still at WDW to see our progress the expiration came earlier than anticipated. We thought we had 30 days from last photos. We've sent e-mail to Disney to see if they can be reclaimed. Has anyone had any experience with this?

I thought that it said on the website that the site expired 30 days from the first day accessed. I always received emails letting me know how many days that I had left. Did you not recieve an email?

I agree with above poster-when we first accessed it let us know that we had 30 days from that point!
