63 minutes today...Chalean Extreme "Get Lean Intervals" and "Recharge" (cardio, light weight strength, and stretching/yoga).
The scale may not be budging for me, but I'm eating very healthy and balanced and working out regularly. I wanna punch the scale in the face though...I was sure I had lost last week but didn't. Clothes are getting a little looser though I wish I could change my mindset and focus only on that rather than focusing on both that and the scale. I'm going to a weight watchers meeting tomorrow morning...taking advantage of the fact I am off tomorrow for Veterans Day. Not setting an alarm though...if I don't make the 9:45 meeting I will go to the 11:15 one.
Do you all get frustrated with the scale when you do everything right too? I don't know what's up with this but it seems over the last year it won't budge in the right direction. Sometimes it creeps up a little bit for no apparent reason, then it just stays there.![]()
Yes!!! I hate this! That is how i felt all summer! I blamed it on age, stress, meds, my thyroid (no, that is apparently fine) So in my scales defense, I have determined that i probably only get it about 80% right most of the time. I can't seem to get everything in line working in the same direction at one time. (Tracking my food, exercising, not stressing out constantly, not having a few drinks here and there with coworkers etc). But so far this WEEK I'm doing much better thanks to u all!
Keep at it. Try to be thankful for how you feel - stronger healthier, capable Until the scale goes down.
Figment1990 - I meant to ask, "how are you walking today after yesterday's torture session with Jillian?"
My legs weren't as bad as I expected but my upper body is definitely saying- hey remember me? U neglected me for the past few years while u did all that running and stuff!
