Yeah, this was the first time I chafed till I bled. Ruined that raw threads shirt.. But all is good now. I love reading all the stuff on this page. Keeps reminding me we all have stuff to power through. It makes every victory that much sweeter.
This weekend I did 2 workouts (plus a little extra to add to Friday) - 140 minutes added for a new "balance" of 580/900. I don't suppose the speed walking from the hotel to rope drop will count in my exercise numbers next weekend, so I'm trying to add a little extra this week. Should add a little more exercise anyway to balance out this weekend's Dole Whips, Monte Cristo sandwiches, Jazz Kitchen beignets....![]()
