You might be a Disney Addict if?

Your kids tell you to turn down the radio and the station is RADIO DISNEY!!:bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

Also, when you tell yourself at the end of your trip to WDW that you've had enough and it will be a few years till you come back again but by the time you get home you're already planning your next trip and can't wait to go back soon.
:hyper: :hyper:

You go to the Disney Store once a week.
You see hidden Mickey's everywhere. (already mentioned)
You buy mostly Disney related clothes.
You dress your kids in Disney Halloween costumes.
You get VERY excited when a WDW commercial comes on. (sometimes you cry)

No one will play your Disney Trivia games against you because you always win.

Yep this is the same at my house.

You know you are a Disney Freak when you know more information then the CM's at the reservation line.

You have an itinerary for the trip and it is over a year away

You cry at Commercials (I do this all the time - unless they make me laugh like the "Little Souviener" one.

People automatically by Disney Related stuff for you as presents.

I'm lovin this thread!!

p.s. If any Disney imagineers or CM's are reading this, YOU are the reason we are all so addicted to Disneyworld!! You make the magic happen and we are all so grateful that we can look forward to all of our trips.

Fun, fun thread!!! :D

The "mom squad" at the bus stop comments on the fact that all you ever wear is Disney t-shirts, sweatshirts, rain coats, etc. Hey, just tryin' to spread a little "magic" their way!!

If you show up for work and have at least 1 disney item on.
You have a mickey tena topper
you only buy cars with antenas so you have place to put antena topper.
your Dh buys you an AP to WDW for wedding Annv. gift
Your niece wants to know when she gets to go to Mickey's house with you

3. your 6-cd player in your car has 6 disney cd's in it

2. you start planning your return trip on the plane coming home

1. your dh thinks you're having cyber *fun* (shall we say)
because you're on the dis boards so much

:jumping1: :jumping1:

....when you see pictures of famous landmarks around the world (ie. Eiffel Tower, Totem poles, etc...) and think of EPCOT instead of the actual countries these landmarks are from!!! :p

1) You have wedding pictures with Minnie and Pluto.
2) Teachers from DS school (not his teachers though) come up to you at the grocery store and ask how the "Disney Boat" was
3) You are responding to this post...

1. The CM's at your local know your name, you're favorite character, and which items you bought last time you were there.

People including strangers ask you to plan their trip to WDW. :teeth:

Yes the CM's remember can remember you. I remember one year while the CM was looking up our ressies, she looked at my husband and said weren't you just here recentaly?
Yes only 7 months and 22 day ago. :teeth:

When you have compiled a list of the ten places you want to spend your anniversary... five in Orlando and five in Anaheim.

You have the CRO number on speed dial (#1 spot) on your phone at home and work.

You know the words to tons of Disney cartoon theme songs

People make jokes about mole rats:)

Somebody suggests trying someplace different for vacation this year and you go into a blank stare and start to tremble...

People ask you about WDW and you instantly whip out the latest copy of Birnbaum's Official Guide. If that person shows the slightest interest in the book, you take them to your computer (at work) and click on the icon that opens up the "Whole Property" view photo and start showing exactly where everything is.

You then start quoting (within a few dollars) what the different resort packages will cost, the menus for all the restaurants, and the names of all the Cast Members... okay, I'm not exactly all that bad... just the first two paragraphs :)

On our last day (a week and a half ago) I said exactly that....well I sit here at present planning the next trip!!!:p

Life is so much sweeter when you can say "Only --- days till we are back at disney!!"
What is funny is I am creating 2 more little disney addicts (DS and DD)....as I am sure all of us here on the DIS are!!

Great thread!!!

If when you get back to work after your WDW trip people ask you 2 things

1. how was your trip ?
2. So when are you going back ?
:earseek:

I love this thread and was trying to think of something new to add. I nodded my head yes::yes:: to just about everything I read, so I too am an addict.

How about you convince yourself that you are saving sooo much money by buying the annual pass, even though this really means you will make 2 to 3x as many trips in a given year as you did before.

You can't stand to think of paying for anything without your Disney Visa because you are just missing out on all those points.

You think "maybe we should go somewhere besides WDW for a change. I here Anaheim is a really nice area to visit."

You go to the Disney Store and pretend that you really are at WDW.

Certain smells like, hot asphalt, popcorn, freshly washed pavement, or bus fumes, make you go ahhhhhhhhh, I miss Mickey.

You can recite the spanish line from the monorail, even though you cannot even count in Spanish. (I can do this, I just don't know how to spell it;) ).

When you hear someone else is going, just for a quick moment, you really hate them. Then, you feel happy, knowing they are going to have the time of their life and you hope that they really, really get it. If not, they are soooo missing out.
