Mix the vodka and the parrot bay with pineapple juice. DH and I do this all the time. You can even buy plastic shakers to take with you which is what we do.
We brought our own vodka, beer and wine on the last cruise. I brought the small bottles of wine that didn't need to be uncorked and bought a glass of wine the first night of the cruise. Took the glass with me when we left the restaurant, as I wasn't done drinking, and washed it and used it for the rest of the cruise.
DH also brought along a 12 pack of beer. When my bag was x-rayed at the terminal, the security officer told me "you better take good care of that bag", as I had all the alcohol in my bag!
