Yes program indiv. enrollment and FP+

We are thinking of changing our current reservation to a room only and purchasing the Yes program tickets instead. Before doing this, I want to make sure that these tickets are able to be linked to my room reservation so we can make our FP+ choices ahead of time. Anyone have experience with this?

My understanding is that they can't be used before the day of for FP+ since they are special tickets and lower prices they don't work the way regular tickets do for it.
