....Still waiting for my docs for our HHI add-on. I put the call in and the deposit down on January 21. I'm in no rush. The points are already in my account and they've already been banked. My next reservation will be made on March 13 so I still have time.

...just got excited for a minute.

For our HHI add-on, we didn't get anything in the mail until after we closed. And it took about 5 weeks from initial offer to having our points. Oh, and what did we get in the mail? The 2010 DVC Planner, AFTER we'd already received the 2011 one. But they felt it was so important for us to have the 2010 planner that they overnighted it to us last month.

I'm not sure how we can close our contract when we haven't even signed it yet. We haven't received anything...except the credit card bill with our deposit on it.

Actually, I got a letter from member administration reminding me to call within 7 days of receiving my documents. I called them back and told them that I still hadn't received anything. She said that the delay was because it all had to go through South Carolina first. So, hopefully sometime this week we'll get our paperwork to sign. The CM said that the paperwork was sent out on January 28 so it should be any day now....

I don't know if this could have affected your delivery, but our company uses UPS and FEDEX for deliveries and this week neither company was delivering our packages on Wednesday or Thursday due to the storm here in the Midwest. In fact, they both stated they would resume delivery on Friday (yesterday) but we found with such a backlog and weather still iffy in many spots, there are still delays.

I would wait till next Tuesday or Wednesday and call again. They can always reprint your package and send it out to you again..

I'm sure the weather had a lot to do with it so I'm not too worried. I have the points and I am not making a reservation until March. The longer it takes, the less I have to pay in dues since they are prorated. On top of that, it will give me time to get my income taxes filed and the refund processed.

I just get a little antsy sometimes. The bad thing is, DH is now reconsidering. That's why I am in a hurry to get the papers signed.
