WW Weekly Weigh-in

Ok, weighed in this morning after a VERY bad week for me. Had chinese food, pizza and some other not so nice things and still ended up losing .3 lbs. Ok not good, but at least i did not gain right? Mini goal this week is to stay on program all week without using any flex points and exercise 5 out of 7 days. I did lose 3 lbs the week before, so I am doing ok. Still plugging along!! GO GO GO Everyone! WE CAN DO IT!! :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:
 
Well my WI was great, but as expected. I gained .6 since TOM arrived 3 days early. I'm still at 57 pounds lost and will see that 60 pounds in the next week or 2.
 
it's such an inspiration to read everyone's progress and motivation! for those that saw a slight gain - hang in there. like keenercam reminded us WW DOES work, we know it does when we stay OP!

i did WI this morning, looked to be down slightly again, probably .5 - 1 lb bringing me around 141.5-142. my slow trend continues but i'm starting to just slightly tell a difference in my clothes and seeing that needle closer to 140 than 145 is enough -- i'm heading in the right direction! it may take me til labor day too! my goal is back to 135

Hi everyone,

I lost 2 pounds at my WI on Monday. Its so nice to see the scale moving in the right direction. Only 6 pounds till I rehit my WW goal and then I want to get to around 120-125 so I have a few pounds to play with at WI. I seem to see a daily/weekly up and down of anywhere from 2-6 pounds so I want to be under my WW goal (I chose the highest number on the WW chart for my height).

Keep up the great work everyone.
 

I forgot to post last week, but I have had two great weigh-ins!

Last week I was down 1.4 lbs. This is very good for me since I have been at a plateau for about 2 months now.

Last night I weighed in...and...lost 3.4 lbs.! :earseek: OMG!

Two weeks ago I decided to purposely shake things up food-wise. I was eating the same things every day: oatmeal, yogurt, micro popcorn, frozen dinner for lunch, etc. I also cut back a bit on "junk" points such as no pudge bars and light chips - and had more fruit instead. I also ate more in a way - lots of red/green/yellow peppers with 0 cal. dressing (0 pts.). I guess it worked! :banana:

I am down a total of 25.8 lbs. now and met my mini-goal of 25 lbs. My reward? A mini-spree at Victoria's Secret! VS here I come! :teeth:

I have about 11 or 12 lbs. to goal. Seems so very attainable now. Not that it wasn't, but you know what I mean. Gosh, I weigh now what I weighed when I got married in 1999 - and 10 to 15 lbs. less than when I got pregnant with DS in 2002.

Everyone is doing so great here! Keep up the good work. And for those of you having a hard time like I was - maybe try to shake things up a bit - it worked for me.

i only lost .4 today, but i will try harder this week.
 
WI today and I'm down 2.5 for the week. Total of 8.5 or so during the last 3 weeks (just started 3 weeks ago). Woo-hoo! I'm about 18 lbs. from my goal!

I've had a really good week, I'm really enjoying WW's and I wish that I'd decided to do this sooner! I had my WI on Tues and I had lost 3lbs :goodvibes
 
Down .2 at WI yesterday. I'll take anything I can get. I'll be gone to Sunny FL for a wedding and at Universal til the 10th. Catch up w/ y'all when I get back. Keep being big LOSERS!!!
 
I knew this weigh in wasn't going to be good. We went away last week and we ate out almost every meal and I tried funnel cake and kennel corn for the first time :rolleyes: but they were good. Well anyway, the damage was that I was up 1.8 at weigh in :sad2: :scared1: :sad2: but it was my own fault. I'm looking forward to a loss this week so it's back to exercise and points again.

I can't believe it! My WL has been a slow creep for weeks, and today I was down 4.0 lbs! Now the hard part-- MAINTENANCE :eek: No messing around now! I have to maintain or lose for the next 6 weeks to make lifetime.

I don't think I'll switch my clippie yet. My personal goal is still 15 lbs away, so I'm not sure I want to wear the "Goal" clippie yet.

I'm sooooooooo excited :Pinkbounc :dancer:

Maintenance isn't too hard. ;) I lost 10 additional lbs on maintenance, when I first started it. Now I only fluctuate .5, 1, 1.5 lbs at most. You'll be lifetime before you know it! ::yes:: I can't achieve that status doing WW online. :sad2:

Speaking of fluctuating, I was down .5 today. ;)

Well I lost .8 at today's weigh in, which was a little disappointing, but still a loss. That puts me at 57.8 pounds and SO close to that 60 pound clippie. Maybe next week.....
