WW Weekly Weigh-in

Hi :wave2:

I didn't know this was here. :bounce:

I'm losing for vacation this summer at WDW, where I will probably gain it all back. :rotfl:

I'm starting my 4th week of online today. Lost 3 last week and I'm down 10 pounds total.

I feel great, but I am SO not motivated to exercise.

I weighed in last night and was down 3 lbs.!
I gained 3 on last WI (darn Disney World food!), so I am right back on track!

One thing I did do this past week was use all of my flex points (and maybe a bit more, actually). I NEVER use them all. So, I decided that after pigging out in WDW, I would got back totally on plan, and use all FP - my body was used to eating alot more after vacation anyway. Something must have worked! My weight loss has been so slow. I am starting to think I have been eating too little. I am going to eat all FP this week too and see what happens.

Keep up the good work guys!

Hi I'm new to these bords. I start ww last tuesday (May 2) and when I weight myself (doing ww on my own) i was down 5 pounds. I have to stop weigthing myself every day because it's starting to drive me crazy. Is it normal to go up and down a pound or so each day? I'm making somebody hide the scale starting tomorrow, so I can stop driving myself crazy. On another note I did 30 minutes on the treadmill today (v. proud of myself)
:bounce:

Welcome to the new people and congrats on everyone's losses.

I am down 1 pound this week. I am hoping for my 20 lb clippy next week.

Welcome Jess!

I would say that there is definately nothing ABnormal about that. ;) I'm an everyday weigher at home, almost everyday, and on Monday I posted I was down 1.5, the next day I was right back up to my maintenance weight. It happens, and while totally on plan too. :confused3 Don't drive yourself crazy, and if nothing else, know that the scale IS moving. :goodvibes

Kristi, I have ALWAYS used my Flex points (and over as well) and I'm now on maintenance. Go figure. I have always used my activity points as well. Personally, I LOVE WW!!!! :lovestruc :cloud9:  It's still working for me! :goodvibes

Hi everyone! I haven't posted for a while because I gained back 3 lbs. However, I have stayed fairly consistent, and haven't gained more than that. Anyway, I just had to get on the boards today because I put on a pair of shorts today that were really snug last summer and they fit great!! So, even though I haven't been a "loser", I still feel like a winner!

I went to weigh in this morning expecting the worst b/c I had a bad week points wise and I was surprised to find out that I am down 1.8 lbs. this week. :sunny:

Have a great week everyone!

Just curious if any of you are on the Core version of WW. I'm thinking of giving it a try next week and would love your thoughts on how it's worked for you. ::yes::

I have been trying to follow the Core program, but lately I've "fallen off the wagon" so to speak and gained back a few pounds. I've really been watching what I eat and have lost 2 lbs. All total I've lost about 15 lbs. with Core. I leave for WDW tomorrow, so who knows where I'll be after that!

The points program is all pretty new to me. So, far so good! I need as much motivation as possible. So, reading all your posts is great. I'll post next week after my weigh in.

well today was my 5th week weigh in and i lost lost 3.5lb so my total loss in five weeks is 2 sone 3.5 lb, as you can imagine I am delighted!

Hey guys! :wave2: It has been several days since I've been online, and it's terrific to find all you WWs doing so well!! (Of course, I didn't expect anything less from this group. ;) )

My weigh in was Saturday morning, and I was down another 1.2 lbs. That's 22.6 lbs. so far. :cloud9:

I hope you all have a terrific week!! :grouphug: KEEP LOSING, EVERYONE!!!! :goodvibes

had my WI yesterday, and i'm down 3.8!! so happy with that!!! this brings my total to 28 lbs. i feel great about it!

i have been doing core since i started in march and i absolutely love it. i have done flex in the past and i found i obsessed over food. i was always thinking about how i could juggle what i ate so that i had points left for things like snacks and dessert. and i am not a regular dessert eater! i am going to meetings w/ my friend and she loves flex just like i love core, so i know both plans have their merits. but for me, i ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! no counting, and still 35 flex points for "non core" foods.

i will say though, if you aren't good at portion control, you will still be wise to measure out your servings. for core success, you need to learn when you are "satisfied" as opposed to "full". eat slowly, start with smaller portions, and enjoy your meals.

let me know if you have any specific questions. good luck!!

Great losses everyone!! :cool1:

Back checking in after two weeks, total loss these last two weeks was 1.6, bringing my total to 30.8 pounds lost!!! I got a gold clippie!

Congratulations to all you folks keeping at this!

woo hoo!
Weighed in this am... I am down another 1.6!!!! Yipee! :goodvibes I was super thrilled as there is always one week out of the month, that no matter what I do I gain a pound or two due to mother nature, and this week, I was down! Was a very nice surprise when I stepped on the scale! I am soooo happy!
And, that allowed me to get my new clippie! I think it looks great!

I feel so great to be back on track and making progress!

Congrats to everyone that is sticking to thier commitments! For those struggling, keep up the great job! So you had a bad day? Start new tomorrow! It is never to late to start again! :)
Keep up the hard work guys!

Congrats everyone! 5th week weigh in and my first no change. :sad2:

I stayed within my points, and I never use my weekly points, but I discovered WW desserts last week. Time to throw those puppies out! :rotfl:

Urghhh....Joined WW Meetings tonight and had my first weigh in...Much higher than I expected. :confused3 The sad thing is, I just want to eat in depression.

Sounds like a good program tho....Hope to at least reach my 10% goal by the end of August.

 We've all been through that dreaded first weigh-in.
But, the good thing is, you have no where to go but DOWN! :flower:

Stick with it! It's a proven plan that works!
YOU CAN DO THIS! :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

Well I eat a lot of bad things this weekend. I went over my mom's house and had pizza. and then I had a piece of pudding cake (baaaad) and then on saturday my bf wanted Chinese food and then we took my friend out who just graduated college. I have to say I was doing okay with that since it was a tapa restaurant and we were sharing some what health tapas, but then we got dessert (three of them) and although none were finished we did there wasn't a lot left , and on sunday we I eat chicken parm (which was heavenly), but only a little (I shared with bf) and monday he wanted more Chinese food (monday is out only day off together so we usually go do something) so there I was this morning looking at the scale- waiting for it to flash 00 so I could step on it. And low and behold I lost 2.5 pounds. I was like wow- that's amazing. Then I started to think about how if i'd just not eaten all that crap what I would have lost. So I'm back and this week (NO CHEATING)
