WW Weekly Weigh-in

Morning all!
today is my first weight in so I'm excited but nervous. LOL
I haven't been perfect but, OH so much eating better than I was. One of my real "red lights" is coke, regular coke. I had gotten way out of control drinking too much of the stuff. So, this week was concentrating on More water Less coke.

Coke Zero or Diet Coke with Splenda worked wonders for me. I could get that Coke taste with out that Diet Coke aftertaste that I hated.

I am up a pound this week. I think that my mental state of going to WDW in four days has started to creep in. :-) I maintain my Weight Watchers all year and completely go off it for one week a year. No not Christmas week, No not New Years, no not my birthday... it is the week I am in the World.
:thumbsup2
Thanks for the coke tip. I do seem to be able to stomach the Coke zero better than any of the others

I am down 1 pound this week....I was nervous as I don't think I ate as well as I could have so I am happy with a loss.

congrats to all those with a loss this week....keep plugging away to those that didn't do as well as you hoped. Here's to another WW week!:thumbsup2

:woohoo: Yippee, 1st week loss of 4.4 lbs. More than I expected. I really needed that jumpstart. I've done this plan before so I know what to expect but, that start will help me to stay motivated.
Congrats to all who have lost this week and to all those who stayed OP.

Hello! :wave2:

I recently started back up with WW at home and I'll see how it goes. I had some of the new Progresso 0 points soup for lunch and it was ok - but I added a cup of cooked chicken to it. Does anyone know the points count for the chicken??

Jill

JESW - Good luck with doing the WW at home.
1/2 cup chopped white meat chicken is 2 pts.

It's getting closer and closer to my weigh in Saturday...keep up the good work everyone!

The last 2 days have been hard for me.... I'm just really hungry.... I'm trying to get it under control.....

I've had days like that too....just try to make the right choices and it will pass. Right now I'm at the point where I am struggling to eat all my daily points for some reason:confused3 I'm just not that hungry or I'm too busy to notice or something. The past couple of days I've had like 6 or 7 points left after dinner so I'm trying to find things to eat to use them up. I'm sure this will pass too:rolleyes:

Thanks cepmom.

Mermaid02 - hang in there. Maybe try drinking more water and look for foods with more fiber value. That usually helps me fill up better. I think some days are just like that for all of us.

Hello everybody. My weigh in was on Thursday and I am down another 2.8! I am now down a total of 11.6 since 1/3/08 and really starting to feel better.

Weigh in was this morning and I was down 2 for a total of 15.2 after 4 weeks. I am happy especially after having super bowl apps and stuff.

Now if I could just be consistent with the exercise....

All of you are doing great. Every week for me is 1.4 - jeez Louise, I sure would like to break that cycle.

Keeping my fingers crossed - weigh in is tomorrow.

From what I see above, it seems like we've done great this week. Hope your "luck" rubs off on me.

edit to add: Weigh in was again a loss of 1.4 but it's better than a gain or no loss at all.

no WI this week. Both times I tried to go it was closed because of the weather or canceled because the leader couldn't make through the snow.

so I'll have to wait till next week.

HOpe everyone else is having a good week.

You should be proud becoming a lifetime member! That's great.

I have never done core so I can't help you there, but if you decide to stay or go back to flex, I would go back to carefully tracking your points. I know that if I don't, I easily "forget" that bag of chips or that one scoop of ice cream easily becomes 3!!

Whatever you do, stick with it!

Thanks for the encouragement. I updated my post if anyone is interested. Core plan is awesome!!!:goodvibes :goodvibes

Just joined WW again this morning! I had done WW about 50lbs and two small children ago, so I am hoping to get back on track. Getting DH to do this with me as well. I'm going to start with the flex plan and see how it goes. The Core plan looks interesting too. Looking forward to weighing in next week.

Well, I actually joined again yesterday. I went back through my folder and this is my 9th time in 10 years. Yikes. I was 8 lbs. above goal in 2001 right before my wedding, but I actually credit Ephedra (it was before we knew it was bad stuff then) for much of that.

I'm trying to get myself stoked for this round...mostly, the amount I need to lose is daunting (and the WW scale weighs 7 lbs. heavier than ours at home. I about lost it right there!!). Had what I *think* was a perfect day yesterday even though we ate out for DH's birthday. We went to Logan's Roadhouse, and I had a chicken breast grilled in buffalo sauce, a salad with FF Italian dressing and a dry baked potato. And one roll.
