Weighed in this morning--down 2 more pounds!! That makes 14 since Jan. 5--and 49 since Jan. 2006! Now, to make it through Valentine's week without gaining. . . all that chocolate that all those sweet little students bring to me!!![]()

I'm happy to report I'm down 1 more pound. I thought for sure it would be a gain this week. I hadn't been good at tracking my points and due to a slight injury hadn't worked out.
Back on program today and planning to make this a good week.

I am down .8 this week. Slow and steady. I have been tracking everything, and this week I used all my flex points and almost all my activity points that I earned. I'm going to try and not use any aps next week, and hope to see a bigger loss.

Don't sweat it Mermaid, there's always today and tomorrow and the next day.....and so on to do better.
