Hi everybody! I joined WW last Thursday. I'm glad that I found this thread. I'm looking forward to talking with everyone. Hope you all have a great week!

I weighed on Sat. I went up .2. The past month I have been like a yo yo, up a week than down a week. I change to core to see if that will help. Good job to everyone else.

:thumbsup2 WTG losers! Keep up the great work. I wasn't very good this weekend, I didn't get in the exercise I had planned and ate some wrong things. But, it's back on track today!
Hang in there Austin&pipermom, that was just a tiny little speedbump on your way to a big loss for the next weigh in.
wdw4us: as long as it's a loss that's great. Actually, losing like that is the best way to do it.
Welcome back to WW gypsydoodlebug. I can't even begin to tell you how many times I've rejoined WW over the years. But, it doesn work! good luck.
Hope everyone has an OP day!

Down only .6 but that's 12.8 since January 2nd - I can take that! I have to remember that those <1 do add up! I pulled out my old weigh in thing from 6 years ago - it was fun looking at how I'd do each week - even the low ones made a difference when it was all added together!

Have a good day!

Stopping by for motivation to get back on track.

thanks for giving me the time-out I need to re-focus.

Weighed in this morning--down 2 more pounds!! That makes 14 since Jan. 5--and 49 since Jan. 2006! Now, to make it through Valentine's week without gaining. . . all that chocolate that all those sweet little students bring to me!!:scared1:

Excellent job, DM!

I've had three good days. Exercise is hard when Daddy teaches several college courses in the evening and I'm exhausted by the time DD's bedtime rolls around. I'm going to try to shoot for 40 mins. on the treadmill 3x week ...

I weigh in tonight- I'm nervous about it. I think I might have gained... I hate that feeling.

I'm happy to report I'm down 1 more pound. I thought for sure it would be a gain this week. I hadn't been good at tracking my points and due to a slight injury hadn't worked out.

Back on program today and planning to make this a good week.

I am down .8 this week. Slow and steady. I have been tracking everything, and this week I used all my flex points and almost all my activity points that I earned. I'm going to try and not use any aps next week, and hope to see a bigger loss.

Congratulations to all you awesome losers here!!!! :cool1: Keep up the great work!

If you haven't seen a loss or saw a gain this week, don't give up!! You can do this with patience and perseverance. :cheer2: Hang in there!!

:thumbsup2 That's the best advice. It's so hard to stay on track after a gain.

Don't sweat it Mermaid, there's always today and tomorrow and the next day.....and so on to do better.

WDWLVR's post is just another example of how we feel vs. what the scale shows sometimes.

Keep it up!

It's a lifestyle change.... we just have to keep doing what we are doing!

Hi, I loved to join your group. I'm joining Weight Watchers today and I know I could use the support. My meeting is for 12:00 and I will be joining with my SIL. I'm hoping we will help and encourage each other to exercise often as she only lives around the corner from me. I would love to have a place on the DIS to get ideas and encouragement from others.

I haven't been posting on this thread - I have trouble keeping up with the really long ones so I usualy just don't read them. However - I officially started going to weight watchers meetings on 1/8 this year and I have a question that came up at my weigh in last night.

Have you ever had a time when you felt like the WW scale was off? I'm doing the BL4 challenge too that started on 1/1 so I weigh in on Tuesday mornings at home for that and then at my WW meeting that evening. Usually I weigh about 1 - 1.5 pounds more at my meeting weigh in. However last night I actually weighed .1 pound less so it ended up showing me at a 3 pound loss for the week instead of the 1.5 loss I got at home. Now I'm not complaining....I just don't want to end up with a gain somewhere because this is so weird I can't help but almost think the scale was wrong.

Anyone else ever have this happen?
