I think I forgot to check in last week. Last week I gained a pound (too much Easter candy!) and this week I lost the pound that I had gained and an additional half a pound, so hopefully I'm back on track.
Tiggerlover- sorry you had a gain this week, but hope you had a nice time in WDW!
Stacerita- it's hard to stay on track when you can't exercise and have to rely on others to help with your meals. Hopefully your foot will be better soon!

and I am trying to break those habits I so quickly acquired. Why is it that a good habit takes a long time to become a habit- but have a bowl of ice cream a couple nights and it's a routine??
Sorry about your gain, but glad you had a great time in WDW. You definitely have the attitude and resolve to make lifetime in 5 weeks. Wow, lifetime is right around the corner for you. That's great motivation. You can do it!!!!
joann and good luck to you. This is a great place for inspiration and support. I agree with tiggerlover about using the flex points and think they help keep your metabolism up.
I too find it amazing how easy it is to go on a backwards slide, but when I'm on track, it is so difficult to hang in there more than a week. Ice cream season is here now too! One more challenge to deal with. Good luck!
) anyhoo- I used the elliptical for 20 minutes and then I walked my son to the park and walked around it for a while. My joints and muscles are feeling it today. Gotta have some breakfast and take some Aleve.
