WW Weekly Weigh-in

I was down .2 last night. So, I am still working on that 3.4 I gained over vacation. Next week WILL be better!
 
Hey all..I'm back from my 16 day vacation in Disney and super happy to report I weighed in yesterday and only gained .4 lbs...Its a miracle considering I did way too much eating and drinking...I hadn't planned on it but I actually got engaged while down there so we did some more celebrating then was in the original plan! lol...Hope everyone is doing well...

Congratulations Alexis!! What a memory making trip for you!!! You did great while you were gone too, even with the extra celebrating.

At my weigh-in yesterday. I found out I had only lost .4 so I'm a bit bummed but it is my TOM so I know that plays into the equation a bit. Also I'm only 1.8 away from 10 pounds lost and that is the goal I'm reaching for -for next week. I really wanted to lose at least 15 lbs. total by the time that we leave on vacation in a month. I hope that I can do it!

Congrats to all of you that the scale is still giving you lower numbers and to those that it seems stuck for or it's raising a bit, Hang in there and remember we are all in this together.

I started WW online back in Jan, '04 and, the only thing 'new' that I've noticed is that they added the Core program. Point goals didn't change, as far as I can tell.

I weighed in today and was down 1.2 pounds! :cool1: I was sooo excited to have lost after my vacation last week, and yesterday I went on a bit of a binge. Today I'm pumped up and motivated to stay on track.

Congratulations Disneygirl83!!!! How romantic for you. Have a blast planning the wedding. Will you be married in WDW too?

Congrats to everyone this week! I was on vacation so I haven't weighted in since before the 4th. I went to my meeting and I was down 2.8 lbs. I'm down 11 lbs now. Slow and steady! But it's in the right direction. The wonderful thing is that good foods are actually tasting good to me. I haven't even been craving junk food. I know it's just a faze, but I' ll run with it while I can. Tonight I told myself I could have anything I wanted. My son & husband are out of town. I went to the grocery store and bought all this healthy food. When I got home I was tired, and what sounded best to me was cottage chese and pineapple. It was delish. Me, The biggest chocohlic that I know, and I am eating cottage cheese because I was craving it. Hopfully I can keep feeling this way. Now I need to start getting my excersise in. I am the biggest non excersiser I know. My idea of excersise is going to the mall during a sale. I can walk pretty fast! :rotfl: Good luck to all of you this week and stay cool.
 
My WW weigh in is on Tuesdays. This week I lost 2.6 pounds for a total of 46.4 pounds lost since January 10th. :banana:

My summer has had some ups and downs due to vacations and a health thing (having surgery to remove a kidney stone on Monday--ick!). I feel back on track now, but am wondering how I will feel during recovery. I'll miss next Tuesday weigh in, so am trying to be really really good before the surgery. If I need a little comfort food afterwards, I want to be able to do so. (saving my flex points for that day, lol!!)
 
Ok, I just went to my WW meeting and weighed in at 193.4 which means I have only lost .6 this week and a total of 8.8 lost total since June 7. I am obviously taking baby steps in my weight loss program. I wish I could take a couple leaps once in awhile!! At least the scale keeps going down.
Thanks for all the ongoing support and encouragment. I am really glad that we can all be here for one another.

Well, I am at "goal."

I know I should be very excited, but my new doctor gave me a note to say my current weight (about 10 lbs. over WW goal) is a healthy weight for me. As I have complained about many times before, I have been stuck here around this same weight for about a year now. I even started walking/running in January and no more weight came off. So, October will be 2 years of WW for me and I am only down approx. 30 lbs. Just seems like a lonnggg time for that amount of weight.

I am happy I do not have to pay anymore. I just feel like I cheated to get there. Everyone tells me that's not true, including my leader. But still...

I know alot of people would kill to be in the lower 150s with me. I am very happy that I am where I am. I am much happier than I was 30 lbs. ago! I just wish I could have gotten to the WW healthy weight ranges.

You guys are all doing so great - keep it up!
 
:cool1: Congratulations Kristi!!!!!!!!! :cool1: That is quite an accomplishment. 30 pounds is awesome!!!You should be proud of yourself and excited. I am very excited for you!!! I honestly can't imagine being in the WW goal range. I have about 45 pounds to reach that, and would be thrilled to lose another 30-35. I think it's better and you are more likely to keep the weight off if you lose it over a longer period of time. Maybe I just tell myself that so I don't give up. I've been doing WW for 11 months this time and have lost only 24 pounds. If I had stopped when my wt loss slowed, I would be atleast 24 pounds heavier again. Good for you for stickin with it, and congrats on reaching goal!!!!!!! :banana: :banana: :cheer2: :banana: :banana:

Never, in my previous WW attempts did I EVER reach THEIR goal! :sad2: I think they're unrealistic, given certain body types. I'm short, 5'1" but, I'm not, by definition, skinny OR petite. It makes a difference and, it adds pounds.

I may have hit the high end of their range this time ;) but, trust me, it was because I had sooo much more weight to lose than ever before! :guilty: I guess, in my case, that made it easier. :confused3 I could stand to lose more actually but, if I can't designate from WHERE I lose it, well, just forget it! :rotfl: i.e. tummy-tuck, skin removal, etc. :teeth:

Weigh in today I lost 1.6 pounds which makes 26 total!! I am almost under 200. I missed it by .4. At first I was bummed, but now I figure it's one more week with 26 points!! And it's motivation to stay on track and get there next week. Have a great week everyone. Keep up the good work.
 
Yes, congrats to everyone. I weighed in today and I stayed the same. I'm down 11 lbs. Maybe it has to do with the 2 nights I had chips & Salsa and Giant Strawberry Margaritas. They were good though and I got it out of my system. I still feel good because I have been excercising and eating better. I'm still motivated!

I have my 10 lb. clippie finally!! It has taken me 8 weeks but I finally did it. I am down to 192 even and a total of 10.2 lost. I was starting to think that it wasn't going to happen. I lost 1.4 this week which is about a pound more than I've been losing the last three weeks or so. They say though that slow and steady wins the race, right?? My mini-goal is to lose 1.8 for next week. Wish me luck!

If I don't check in for a week or two - it's because it is almost time for the motorcycle rally here and I am working at a local campground for that period of time. It gets crazy out here and I'm not sure I will have time to check in as often as I do now. I need you to send me positive thoughts - I will be tempted by campground smells and all the stuff that goes along with this. I will be buying myself lots of fruit to keep on hand to keep myself from being too tempted. Fruits are the one thing that can keep me away from all the yucky stuff. I'm just hoping that I will at least be able to get away from the campground to at least weigh-in and attend a meeting or two or three or four... Who knows, I may need to attend daily meetings, Ha!!

I skipped weigh in on tuesday (had surgery monday for kidney stone) but the scale at home is still going down. Here's hoping I can keep it up until next Tuesday--I am very close to getting my 50 pound magnet! If not this week, then it WILL be the next. :cool1:

I was up .2 last night. But I'll take it! I was not very good last week. I was so scared about weighing in - thought I'd be up a couple pounds and screw up this 6 weeks of maintaining to get to lifetime. I am going to be such a good girl this week!

I weighed in today and was up .6 to 200.8. :furious: I was so close to getting under 200, and thought I had a good week. I went off program on saturday, but was real good the rest of the week, but not good enough. I just went shopping and bought more core type foods. If I don't get below 200 next week, I may try core. I don't know if it will work for me, as I like having the limit set for me. And I like my snacks which aren't core. :guilty:
