WW Weekly Weigh-in

Newbies, long-timers, returners ;) , and lurkers - READ THIS THREAD!!!!!

I met goal back on page 13 I think. Dec '04 - I think!!! :thumbsup2

IF you see the numbers we WERE at and posting about and, compare that to our siggies/clippies, you'll see a great deal of success right here on this thread!!! :thumbsup2 Many goals have been reached! It's been a good three weeks for me :) Been losing steadly, would like to have a bigger loss each week but anything on the 'losing' side is GREAT!!! So far I am at a total of 8 lbs lost and I have 15 more to my 10% goal :):):)

I have set myself a new goal for reaching my 10%. My parents are coming for a visit in October so I would like to be at or VERY close to my 10% by then. It's very doalbe (is that a word???)

I can't tell you how much this board has helped me stay focused and in control.

Congratulations on your success so far and best of luck reaching your first 10%. I am working on my first 10% too and would love to reach it by Thanksgiving. I am not sure how many pounds to go, will know when I weigh on Tuesday, but I think I have about 15 as well. Stay focused and committed to yourself and your goal will be at hand.
 
I wieghed in today. I didn't take my shoes off so I was up .2 lbs. But I'll be gone nest week end and have to weigh in on Thursday. I guess I want to be down on Thursday. I'm in it for the long halul though. Fractions of pounds aren't that big of a deal. I'll get there. Hope everyone has a good week.
 

Had my first weigh in last night! Down 5.4 !!! I know that's always your best week- but it's such a shot in the arm!! My dd (Twinkles6892) lost 8.2 :cheer2:
 
Sorry, cross post w/ the 5 in August thread, but I wanted to update in here too!
At WW weigh in today:
I lost 2.8 pounds last week for a total of 50.2 pounds lost since starting WW on January 10th. :cool1:

Got my 50 pound magnet. :smooth:
 
I am finally under 200 pounds!!! :cool1: :cheer2: :cool1: I weighed in today and was down to 197.6, lost 2.4 this week for a total of 28.6. I am so excited to see the ones again. It's been a few years. I also can update my clippie!

Mermaid- 5.4 is an awesome weight loss for the first week. It seems to me that the older you get, the slower it comes off. Your young daughter has youth on her side. Congrats to you both. Nice losses! :cheer2:

KimRaye- thanks for the suggestion of looking back on the thread and seeing how far so many have come. Every bit of motivation helps.

Kathy-kbmoo- Hang in there! :cheer2: You can do it. You told me a couple weeks ago to hang in and I'm finally under 200! Good luck to you at weighin tomorrow. :cool1:

What a great bunch of losers!!!!!!! Weigh to go on the weight loss, how inspiring your losses are!!

I am a loser too, weighed in at WW and lost 2.6 pounds this week.

I'm glad you took my suggestion for looking back. It was for everyone/anyone to see where some of US started, struggled, pushed thru, etc. This is an ongoing thread but, there's big LOSERS here as well. :thumbsup2 :woohoo: Support is so important! :grouphug:

Can I join here?? I just joined WW again. I had the online group wipe my stats clean and I am starting over. I went to my first ever meeting last night. I am ready, I just need to add the exercise. I want to do it this time. I have gained 20 lbs in the last 8 months and that's not cool. DH and I started TTC #1 and I started eating like I was already PG. It's been 8 months and I put off starting WW and exercising again, incase I was PG. I have realized that I need to be as healthy as possible for the baby. I am starting now and we will continue to ttc.

kbmoo, staying the same can be frustrating, but the positive is that there wasn't a gain. Have a great weekend away!

I have been MIA for a while...and what a bunch of LOSERS you all are! :rotfl:

About a week & a half ago, we lost our 16 year old nephew in a car accident. I haven't been really following WW with all the running around, services and such last week. So, I was surprised when I was up only .6 last week, and down 1.4 yesterday!

Keep up the awesome work you guys! :cheer2:
 
Last Feb DH and I both joined WW. Now back in Sept I had Gastric Lap Surg. and had come to a stand still so to speak. I really have to say it has done wonders for both of us. After haveing Gall Bladder surg. last week and being on vac the week before I wasn't sure what the scale would show but I was down another 5 lbs which makes a total of 29 lbs since feb. My anniversary for the Lap Band in Sept 9th and I'm only 11 lbs from being under 200 and that is my GOAL and I'm sticking to IT!!!

congraulations to all the LOSER'S this week. Keep up the good work. And if you didn't loose that's OK just pick yourself up and start over it's not a bad thing and can be corrected.
