WW Weekly Weigh-in

I was down 1.2 lbs. last night!

Maybe exercise is helping. :scratchin 10.8 to go until goal!

Misty89 - 1.5 is fabulous! I only can dream of having that kind of result every week. Weigh to go!

Way to go :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: . You are so close to goal I bet you can "taste" it. Keep up the exercise too, I am sure that's helping along with you being focused.
 

Thanks for the encouragement. I have an Aunt who has been in the hospital since 01-06-06 and there is no sign of her leaving soon- she has "coded" once (2 weeks ago) but they brought her back. Lots of meals at the hospital cafeteria in the last 2 weeks.

I am encouraged by my progress though!
 
I am so glad there is a place to record your weekly weigh in. My weigh in day is Thursday. I went to my meeting today totally expecting to not lose and I lost!
1.2 pounds!! :banana: Now I am down 10 pounds in 4 weeks. If I keep this up I will surely make my goal by WDW! Congrats to those who lost :thumbsup2 and keep your spirits up for those who didn't. You'll lose for sure next week!
 
First week on WW and have lost 2 lbs........Better than nothing!! Have to stay focused!! Any ideas for CORE and bringing lunch to work. Struggling with that.

I don't do core, so can't help you there. Just keep plugging away!

Hey, 2 pounds gone is great. :banana: :banana: Make sure you are drinking enough water. I can't help with CORE ideas but hopefully someone will be able to give you some tips.

I'm down another 2.8 lbs on Thurs, making it 6.6 in 2 weeks! Best part is the pants are getting loose! Hoping next week is good, although I know Valentine's may throw a slight wrench in my plans! :sunny:
 
Whoops! Up .2 this week. Initially, I thought it was unexpected :confused3 , but when I went back trhough the week, it's not that surprising -- Need to be better about writing down everything that I eat. :rolleyes1

Ok I can finally post on this thread. First week at WW and I am down 5.8. I am really excited and it has made me even more motivated.

Hope everyone is doing good on their plan. Just finished walking 1.25 miles on the tread mill....going to walk another mile or so tonight.
 
Sorry no time for individual comments this morning but wanted to say good going on the losses this week, keep up the great work.

heatherfeather24-the gain wasn't too much but I try to use that as a wake up call also on keeping a closer eye on myself.

No walking yesterday due to rain but today the sun is out. DH and I will be out for a 3 mile walk this afternoon. :sunny:

My weign-in was this morning and I'm only down 1/2 pound. The weekend did me in as I didn't drink all my water and went over my points for the days (but did not use anywhere near all my flex points). Also no exercise this weekend. Still a loss is a loss and I'm happy. Back on the threadmill this morning and drinking my water.

I stayed the same which is fine with me. I wouldn't mind losing 1-2 lbs, just for safety's sake. :teeth:
