I have been using the flex points, never used to use them up, but sure did this week. Losing 14 POINTS in one week is BIG! I weigh in about an hour, so we will see how the week was.....it was a struggle.

Congrats on the 1/2 lb loss, any loss is a good loss!!! You continue to inspire me, Kim!
 
I was hoping for a .6 tonight and I got it, just in the opposite direction.....I am up .6 at weigh in tonight. I am not beating myself up over it as it was a HARD week for me by taking away my 14 PTS. I spoke to my leader and she discouraged me from dropping my PTS even though it is the guidelines of WW. She said the philosophy is if it isn't broke..... So she said that I could take back the 2 PTS/day or compromise and take back 1 PT/day and see how I do this week. Haven't decided what I am going to do yet, but I will do one or the other because 22 PTS a day just wasn't working for me.

Hoping everyone else is having a good week so far. Onward and downward!

If lowering your points caused a gain then, I agree with your leader.

Kim, I guess I will see how I fair this week. I eat three meals a day and three snacks a day with the day time snacks being veggies and the evening snack being a 2 PT WW treat.
 
My WW buddy went down her 2pts this week too. She is also struggling. I have about 11lbs until I drop down.
Good luck with figuring it out!

Boy, some days are easier than others, aren't they?? I'd been doing so well, then I opened a bag of tortilla chips yesterday :guilty: Oh well, back to my points today.

I was -2.4 this week. I really thought it would be more, but that's a good loss. Maybe the rest will show up next week!

I weighted in today. I was down 2.4 for a total of 22.2! :banana: :banana: So I got my 20 lb star and my 10% keyring. I am so excited and motivated. I have along way to go but I definately am going in the right direction. Hope everyone else continues to have a good week. Losing or at least staying the same. I know our weight fluxuates and sometimes we are up even if we have done everything right. Remember muscle weighs more than fat!

Wow! Everyone is doing so great! I am so proud of you because I know how hard it is....

My weight today, down 1lb. That is 5lbs in 3 weeks. I had a rough 3 days, so now I'm back into it and feeling ready to stick to my points. Did an hour aerobics class today and stayed in my point range!

Mermaid02 and kbmoo, 2.4 pounds is an awesome loss, you both should be so proud of yourselves.

Katy, 5 pounds in 3 weeks is terrific too! Keep up the great work.

kbmoo, I also meant to say a great big CONGRATULATIONS on making your first 10%, that is a fantastic accomplishment!!! :thumbsup2

Had my weigh in today, ran late so couldn't go home and put on my weigh in clothes, came right in the work clothes, but still managed to lose 1.8 for the week. :cool1:

Keep on losing gang!!! We can do this!!!
 
1.2 pounds down this week, for a total of 54 pounds since January. :cool1:

You are all doing so great. Everyone has been losing and that is so awesome. You are all very inspirational.
I weighed in today and was down 1 pound to make my total 29.8. I was hoping for the 1.2, but will be patient til next week. It is just so nice when you hit a big milestone. I'll definitely stay on track this week to get there.

Wow, chamonix, 54 pounds since January is terrific, you must be so proud of yourself and feeling great! Keep up the great work.

mikamah, congratulations to you too, 29.8 is terrific too. I hear you about the round numbers, I was hoping for the even 2# to reach 9#, but had to settle for 8.8#.

congrats to everyone and their losses. I have a busy scedule, so I didn't make it to wiegh in today. I leave early tomorrow morning for a week of free dining at Disney. I'll check in when I get back. Everyone have a great week!
 
I lost another 2# this week! Total loss is 11.4 in 6 weeks. I'm really pumped! I swear by Green Tea. I find if I have a cup every day my weight loss is better that week.
