WW Weekly Weigh-in

Congrats all you LOSERS!

Total drive-by post...I was down the .4 I was up last week. I'll take it! I did ok this week, but still not totally on plan. And I did no exercise the past 2 weeks!

Onward & downward!
 
Okay, I've avoided this thread for a couple of weeks, because I was having NO luck losing any more weight...the dreaded plateau. Anyway, I made a commitment to push my way past this roadblock, and I think I may have succeeded...I was down 3.2 lbs at WI today! It only took the October Exercise Challenge thread to set me right. I've been at the gym every night for the past 4 nights, and it seems to be doing the trick. Almost at 70 lbs gone!
 
I gained 1.8 last week, but this week I was down 2.2! :cheer2: I am down a grand total of 12.4.... slow and steady!
 
I'm down just .2 again this week. Wish it was more, but glad it's not a gain. I've been pretty good on program, but had a few splurges, and they definitely make the difference. I'm on track today and planning to stay there. I need to weigh in again monday cuz of my schedule, so I'm going to try not to use my flex points this weekend in hopes of seeing a loss monday.

Slow and steady does win the race!!! My WW leader said that the slower you lose the weight the better the odds you have of keeping it off. So I will not complain about my slow and steady pace.

Congrats to all of you losers! We are succeeding, even if it is slow, in our quest to win this battle.

Keep up the great work!
 
Lost two pounds this week :) 1.4 both prior weeks.....YAY! I agree, I have to keep reminding myself.....slow and steady!

Down 4 this week. 10 pounds total! Not sure what I did so differently this week, but I am pleased.

Keep going everyone. We're in this together!

I have this really bad habit. I'm a "weigher" I weigh myself EVERY morning. It's a problem because I have followed program and been working out at the gym and this morning I'm UP :confused3 I feel so betrayed by my scales. How could this be?? I'm very distressed. :guilty:
 
This past Monday I had my first weigh-in after joining WW @ Work and I was down 4 pounds! :woohoo: I have had a really good week so far and I hope my meeting on Monday will show a loss just as big. :)
 
Everybody is doing an awsome job. I'm back from my week of free dining at disney. I was kinda careful this week, but I figured I would be up alittle and I could make a fresh start starting tomorrow. I was still down .4 lbs so I'm at 22.5 total. Still have along way to go but I feel great and I am motivated to keep going. It is so much fun to not have to shop in the plus size shop. Every one keep up the great work! :cool1:
 
Weigh day here....Down 2.4 more lbs! Total of 12.4 for 6 weeks! I am thrilled. I wasn't perfect this week, two meals "out" and a bit of cheating at home, but the scale was still my friend! I think exercise really does help. If I could just get to my classes on a regular basis......

Keep up the good work everybody!!!

I "used" to WI every day also, now I'm lucky to remember on Monday mornings :rolleyes: . All I can say is: you will have daily flucuations IF you weigh everyday but, muscle weighs more than fat. Muscle also burns fat, that's the plus! If you MUST weigh everyday, concencrate only on the weekly number. :thumbsup2
