I fell off the bandwagon... again
... and am back to it
! I'm doing the 'simply filling' technique of the Momentum Plan. Anyone else do this? Does it bother anyone how much carb focused it is?? All of the fat free milk products have added sugar in them to balance out the fat free taste... that kind of bugs me...
Other than that, we'll see how it goes! I'm making lentil soup out of 'simply filling' ingredients to have this week. Hopefully I can stick to it!

It is delicious and extremely simple...
but it sounds really good, so i thought I'd share.
I was pretty upset, but instead of wallowing in my sorrows, I went to the gym and did 60 mins of cardio!!
on the gain, and
nice job getting back to the gym!! Next week will be better.
