OK who can use a laugh.... a really good, you may need a depends laugh. Clicj on the line to old Weight Watcher recipe cards from the early 1970. Be sure to click on the snap shot pictures for the story of each "food" and I use the word "food" with little conviction. It's a wonder anyone made it to lifetime in those days.

While I've been eating more than I should I do still exercise every day. I just lost my focus. I've got one more week to go so I'm trying to get my mind set on being back on program.
. So, I didn't stick with the program really well. I weighed in this morning as was shocked to see that I lost 2.6lbs!!!
I finally broke that 70lb mark!!!
So acording to the list, I have lost that Irish Setter, a dozen Krispy Kreme glazed donuts and a Guinea Pig!!! My next goal is to get to 75lbs and get the next ring for my key chain! Onward and downward as Tiggerlover says!! To all the losers:
