WW Weekly Weigh In--- Part 2

I had a miserable week. I ate like a hog. I have to skip my meeting today due to a work conflict. :headache:

I am really hating myself right now.

I know i have gained. :(

I am trying again today. It's a new day right?:confused3

Carrots are good!


I have had days like this. The best thing to do is just dust yourself off and put a smile on your face.:) Just keep at it and you will get there! :wizard:
 
Today, so far, has been great!

For breakfast, I had oatmeal, strawberries and a slice of toast.
For lunch, I had a "grilled" cheese sandwich with sliced ham, WW yogurt and an apple.
I have 10 points left for dinner and a snack. Surprisingly, I am not hungry and I ate lunch early today. I think all the water and keeping busy has kept me out of the fridge.
I doubled my walk today and did 2 miles. I was pooped, but I did it!

I hope you all are having a great day, too! It just feels so good to know that you are eating healthy and treating your body right.::yes::

I am going to try to get to my weigh in tomorrow for the (bad) news. I am almost CERTAIN I gained, but I need to "pay the piper" for my last week.

I am doing better today... Already had dinner and still have 3 points left for an after work out snack.

Today was good...I stayed within my points, got my water, fruits and veggies in, exercised, and took my vitamin. Wow, now I only need to do this everyday I will be at my goal before I know it!:rotfl: Sounds so easy.;)

I think you were entitled to a treat once in awhile. You only gained .4 so that isn't too bad. :)


Do we have an official weigh-in day on this thread or do we just post on the day we weigh-in at our meetings (or home)?

Everyone has their own weigh in days, so whatever day you normally weigh is what you should go by. :)

Glad to hear that you had a great OP day....sure wish it was easy like that every day! Here's to another great day tomorrow!!
 

Just popping in to say hello from Disney! So far I've been tracking every day and staying on program. I walked 5 points worth today LOL Gotta love Epcot and MGM. I'll be back in a few days to give my story. Far too late now and I've got to get to bed Hope everyone has a good weigh in this week.

:hug: Don't beat yourself up too bad, we can't be good all of the time, it is human nature to fluctuate with our eating. Sometimes we have to crash a couple of days to get ourselves kick-started once again. Put the past in the past and move forward with the future. :hug:

I increased my water the past couple of days, going to see how that works. Before I had my first DS, I lost 15lbs by drinking half of my body weight in water. I was drinking 137oz of water a day!:eek: I was FLOATING by the end of the day!!:lmao: I guess I did try every diet out there...:rotfl:

I probably won't get to weigh in soon. BUT, I am trying really hard to focus on my goals.

I stayed on target yesterday AND did about 45 minutes of Yoga. This weekend will be tough, but I am going to really make an effort .

:cool1: Weighed myself today and am down to a total of 11lbs lost! That's ... uhm... 1.4 lbs since... Sunday or Monday. I was on my monthly friend.... and am not now, so that's probably why I didn't lose last week and am now finally.

And it's my birthday, so that's a great present!!! :banana:

I weighed in this morning and I'm up .2. I have to say I'm very pleased with only a tiny gain. I've been having an off week of doing good one day and not so good the next. I'm trying really hard to bump up my water so we'll see if that helps.
 
After being up 1 lb last week I'm happy to report that I'm down 2.6 this week. (ok so its really only 1.6 since I gained last week, but I'm still happy)

That makes my total 8.8 lbs lost since 5/1. Its going S-L-O-W but at least its going.

No I haven't had that dolewhip yet but I did have two lobster tails for dinner tonight. I resisted dripping them in butter but they were so good it didn't need any butter.
 
Mary Anne- Good for you for not having butter. My cousins were here monday from Arizona, so we got lobster as well, and I must say I did lightly dip mine in butter, but I didn't leave the meat sitting in the melted butter before I ate it, like I have done in the past. I've read somewhere here that dolewhip is very low cal, and I think fat free, so enjoy away. I love me a mickey bar but the dole whips are awesome too. Sounds like you're having an awesome trip. It's fun to hear about, and makes me feel like I'm there with you. Enjoy the rest of your trip.

memy26- Whoo hoo!!! :cool1: Nice work on the loss this week. It's great to see a good loss after a gain and know you're on the right track. Slow and steady is definitely the way to go for weight loss that will be gone forever.

Grumpy's Wife- Sorry you had a gain, but glad it was so small. You can lose that next week. I'm on track the every other day schedule this week too. Maybe something's in the air.

I am the same this week, but haven't been on track for about half the week, so I'm happy. I haven't been motivated to exercise as much lately, and that really will make a difference, so this week, that is what I am going to work on. I will do a one hr exercise video sat and sun, and 30 min at least 2 more days this week. No excuses.

137 oz of water!:faint: I have a hard time getting 64 oz in. That is great that you lost 15 lbs drinking water, though.

I made it to a meeting this morning.... and........



I ended up losing 1.0 lbs.

SHOCKED!:eek:

I worked in the lawn for 2 hours before my weigh in today, so I'm not sure how much of that is "real" weight I have lost.

I will try to get back on my regular weigh in schedule this week!

Hi all! It has been a busy couple of days and I haven't had time yet to read all of the posts, just wanted to pop in with my weekly update and then I will check out what y'all have been up to. I still haven't gotten a hold of my eating and I have paid the price witht he scale. Not too bad, but definitely a wake up call....

Total = 6.8 pounds lost in 10 weeks, I going in the wrong direction and need to change course and go the other way. Missing the gym twice this week has not helped me in the least....next week it is back to the gym for me.

Thanks for the encouragement Mik, it is always appreciated. I hear you about the exercise, I just am not motivated to go to the gym, I want to be home with son now that school is out. I did make myself go on Friday since I hadn't been all week and I did work out a little longer than usual, but it didn't help for weigh in. I need to get focused this week because we leave for a mini vacation on Sunday, so I have to hop to it.

Ms. Heimlich, don't you just love those surprises on the scale! Good for you!!
