Mary Anne- Good for you for not having butter. My cousins were here monday from Arizona, so we got lobster as well, and I must say I did lightly dip mine in butter, but I didn't leave the meat sitting in the melted butter before I ate it, like I have done in the past. I've read somewhere here that dolewhip is very low cal, and I think fat free, so enjoy away. I love me a mickey bar but the dole whips are awesome too. Sounds like you're having an awesome trip. It's fun to hear about, and makes me feel like I'm there with you. Enjoy the rest of your trip.

Nice work on the loss this week. It's great to see a good loss after a gain and know you're on the right track. Slow and steady is definitely the way to go for weight loss that will be gone forever.
Grumpy's Wife- Sorry you had a gain, but glad it was so small. You can lose that next week. I'm on track the every other day schedule this week too. Maybe something's in the air.

I am the same this week, but haven't been on track for about half the week, so I'm happy. I haven't been motivated to exercise as much lately, and that really will make a difference, so this week, that is what I am going to work on. I will do a one hr exercise video sat and sun, and 30 min at least 2 more days this week. No excuses.
