I weighed in last night. I have gained and lost the same pound since my 5/5/08 weigh-in. At least I am exercising, but just can't get into the program--I hate when I do this. I know it works; I love seeing the weight loss; I ejoy eating foods that are good for me, but yet, I don't do what I am supposed to. Argh, so frustrating!!

I find that even when I "go off" program for a meal, I NEVER want to eat at a buffet b/c it is hard to find things I want. The fried stuff just doesn't taste as good anymore.

One ounce of turkey equals 1 point. I also put shredded lettuce, fat free cheese and one teaspoon of raspberry vinaigrette dressing. The dressing is 1 point for two teaspoons but 0 for only one. It's oh so yummy and only 2 teeny tiny points. Enjoy!
My body is fighting me every step of the way! But, I'm just going to keep going.....as tigerlover would say..onward and downward!!
