Oh no, I'm not comparing it - there is no comparison! Just SAYING that it's a lot of money when compared to outside WDW prices and quality and a hard pill to swallow when forking over cash for it.
But, I'm thinking we should swallow it anyways and try it. I love AKL and really enjoyed Jiko last year.
For that much money, I would just go to Jiko. I didn't like Boma btw, but I love Jiko.
You cannot eat at Jiko for $30-35 per person which is what Boma will be for this couple.
IIRC, Jiko's appetizer's are pretty small. They could "eat", but it would end up like that credit card commercial where the couple raids the convenience store after their fancy dinnerActually, Jiko's appetizers run from $26-37, so yes they could eat at Jiko.
Hi Aimee!!!!
$70 no way....just our opinion but we would not go back if it were free! My feelings on this buffet is quantity does not mean quality, YUCK! People flame me all the time on this, but it is one of those places people either strongly love or hate.

My "flame-worthy" restaurant dislikes include Le Cellier and Liberty Tree Tavern. LTT ... now, there was a waste of $100!My feelings on this buffet is quantity does not mean quality, YUCK! People flame me all the time on this, but it is one of those places people either strongly love or hate.
You seem to have reservations about going. Maybe it's not for you.
You'll get opinions on both sides.
I'm a Boma lover. I love their food and I love the theming of the restaurant. I'd rather spend $70 at Boma than at Le Cellier.
