Would you accept $50,000 a year extra income if a phone company paid you to put a cell tower on the roof of your house to service the area?

Only if I planned on living in that house until I died. My guess is that the cell tower will reduce the market value of your house by more than $50,000.

No, as i'm sure the legal fees from my neighbors suing me would be a lot more
In my case, I'm in a neighborhood that is zoned residential & commercial. Plus, there are towers already 2-3 blocks away. I wouldn't worry about my neighbors suing me over this. If they were going to sue anyone, it would be the business down the street from us or the group home around the corner. No, as i'm sure the legal fees from my neighbors suing me would be a lot more
Cell towers aren't noisy, they don't poop in neighbors' yards and the don't eat landscaping. To me, they are better than the beagle that lives 2 doors up from me who's owners don't deserve to be owned by a dog.
But the real issue is, dogs don't emit radiation.
