I made a reservation for someone else with a check-in day of Labor Day. Last Friday I just happened to check my personal email from work, and found out that she had a sick child and that she wanted to change the reservation. I was able to move it since I got the message during the day on Friday, but if I hadn't gotten it until Friday evening...would there have been any way to reschedule the reservation? Can we call the resort directly in that case, or would the whole 5 day reservation have been forfeited?
