World Showcase during EMH?

I know that EMH applies to Future World, but was not sure about WS. Does it stay open the same hours as FW for EMH? If so, are the rides in Norway and Mexico running, and are all the activities in the countries the same as during regular hours. What restaurants and places to get "adult drinks"?

Any other special advice for touring WS during EMH would be greatly appreciated - bringing friends for first time and want to show them a great time!

We stayed for EMH last summer and I do not think Showcase was operational. Future World only had selected attractions open. I would call Disney directly if knows answers this question definitively.
