Overall I like it, especially with the quick responsive changes. Love the "like" button as I've often wished for one. I did like the feature where you could hover the cursor over the title of the thread and see the first few lines.

Posters may have already noticed that you no longer need to post on the thread Subscribed/Sub etc to follow a thread. There is a Watch thread button to the right of the thread title (when the thread is opened).

I'm liking it so far. I'm enjoying the "DVC theme." It's got pleasant purples and blues, and posts are sort of a light lavendar so it's easier to read (vs. stark white).

It's purples and blues for you? Man I'm having the worst luck.
When I tried that one it was more of a fuchsia that was really unpleasant.

My issue with the themes is they're too bright, and they don't differentiate visually enough between the stickied posts and the posts you actually want to read. So it causes eye strain moving between the pushpin and the left column. And then when you get into a thread the post-date is teeeeeny tiny.

I'm using FL TOURS which is the best of them, except it still has a white background. At least the posts are floating in a grey DIV though.

If none of the styles are working for you, I recommend searching "xenforo styles" on google. I did this yesterday and it came up with a link to a forum with all kinds of different style options. Find one that doesn't hurt your eyes, and let the DIS web team know (send them a link/screenshot/etc) - this will give them a better idea of what kind of color scheme will help those who are having issues with the bright white.

Sounds like a good plan. I'll give that a shot this afternoon or tonight. Really better tonight because right now on my work computer it's much better than it is on my laptop at home.
