I'd take the tomato basil soup and they could keep the double starches even if there are veggies (olives, celery and red peppers?) in the mac salad.
The frosted pop tart thingies picture are making me feel a tad woozy but then not a fan of them straight from the super market either.

See that's the beauty of regional cooking. To me a pasta salad can have a lot of different veggies in it but canned green olive slices are not an addition I can recall seeing.I think the pasta salad looks great. Those veggies are traditional pasta salad inclusions (I hope it also has onions, though).
Raspberry or blackberry jam is the traditional accompaniment for a Monte Cristo.
