Is there somewhere I can go to see the different types of treatments for the SPA. We are first time cruisers and don't know a whole lot about them. The rainforrest sounds neat. We are looking for a good realxing treatment.

On the 1st day of cruise, there is a spa tour given....during the tour, you will be shown treatments available.I definitely recommend the tour if you are undecided about what treatments to purchase...

As for the Rainforest Room, it is an area of the spa vs a treatment itself.....IMHO the Rainforest is the best value for the $ - very relaxing!!!!

Can anyone recommend something that is more economical but at the same time very good. (I know I am too greedy)

Suriel bath sounds fun but I really find that FAR too expensive for us.
