Wonder 4 night Questions

We were on the Magic 7 night Eastern last September and I have convinced my DH to try the Wonder 4 night in November, along with my DD5. In my preliminary research, I've come up with a few questions that I know all of you experts can answer!

1. Is it true that there's no "formal" or "lobster" night on a 4 night?
2. Is Palo officially doing the brunch on the sea (last) day? I think I read someplace that the price has gone up?
3. What evening is the Castaway Club reception? Does anyone know roughly what time?
4. Are there any new Navigators out there for the 4 day and the kids clubs? I think Barbs are around a year old and I'm guessing there's been some changes.
5. Does anyone know what shows are what evenings? I'm trying to pick our Palo night.
6. Is there a beach within walking distance of the ship in Nassau or should we just relax and enjoy the day on the ship?

I warned you I had a few questions!

I don't know the answer to most of your questions. We're in the same boat (pardon the pun) that you are. We went on the Magic Eastern in 2002 and in March we are going on the Wonder. I'll tell you what I do know though and then bump you up.

1) From everything I've read there is truly no formal night. Don't know about the lobster night, but I don't think so.

2) I read on this board that they are testing a Palo brunch on the Wonder, but it is invitation only.

3) ??

4) I think Dave's sight has some Kid's navigators that are 2003. www.dcltribute.com

5) ??

6) ??

We do the three-day, but I can address the Nassau question. Your best bet for a beach is to cab over to the public beach on Paradise Island. I've never seen one within walking distance of the ship. Personally, we stay on board and enjoy the uncrowdedness of the pools, etc.

Hi! I just returned from the 4-day (1/11-1/15). Hope these help:

1. There is no formal night.

2. Palo is $10 per person. They are testing the brunch, but you can make a reservation (not just by invitation). See my post "Palo Brunch on 4-Day Wonder!" for more details.

5. Sun- Hercules, Mon- Some sort of variety show? (we went to the movies instead : ) Tue.-Golden Mickeys, Wed.-Disney Dreams

6. From what I have read (and seen) you have take a taxi to go to the beach in Nassau. Based on what I have read, Cable Beach is best, you might want to look through the board for more info. We planned to go to Cable Beach, but stayed on the ship all morning at the deserted pool and then just got off to shop for a couple of hours. It made for a great day.

First day is Nassau and last day is day at sea.

moneypit85, I have sent messages to both Dave and Barb to see how we can get the Navigators uploaded to their sites. Thanks for the offer!

So, does anyone know when the castaway club reception is? It also looks like some of the shows vary on their nights. The menu's posted on Dave and Barb's sites must have changed, because they don't indicate lobster...and I love lobster!
