G'Day WISHers!!!
Today was a 7 mile run--short compared to the 10 last week and the 12 coming up next week. But that's what Hal Higdon says to do, some I'm doing it. Apparently I was running faster than I thought as at the end I caught up with DH near the end of his 12 mile run and he paced me at sub-10 min miles. I'm sure that's a mis-calculation (uh huh) as there is no way I could sustain that for 7 miles. But I know I was running somewhat faster than usual. Well, OK, that would explain why my legs are a bit mushy right now.
Wendy: kudos for sticking it out and great that your family was so supportive and "talked" you into it!!
WWDave: so glad to have the real you back! Things were getting a bit dull last week! Go ahead and make trouble--I'm looking forward to it!!
escape: happy to hear the icing and all helped!
Vic: sorry to hear your run wasn't so great. Hope the next one goes better!!
ironz: slacker! HA--7 miles AND a swim is not slacking off! Park your butt in front of the tele and enjoy some much deserved rest!
Christa: what shows are you in and what are you doing in them?
nepatsfan Bill: 38-7 victory over the Bills--but does that really count? I think YES! What is your prognosis this week for our home boys?
When is the WISH meet at ToT? I want to be sure to set aside that time. I'm looking forward to meeting those I have yet to meet! Have a wonderful day everyone!!

ixiedust: for your injuries!

He is asleep and now I can kick into high gear. Today was a "stretch & strengthen" day. Well, that didn't happen since I am in a panic about this Vegas trip I booked!
. We missed the Bucs game because we were traveling, but got home in time to catch the Jags-Broncos game. DH spent his formative years in Jax so always likes to see the Jags play. And the Gators are still undefeated...though by the skin of their scales this week
for your next run!
Sorry Lions fans but you guys really looked bad yesterday. After dropping the first 2 games the Eagles needed this win to salvage the season and McNabb came up HUGE. Just when I thought I wasn't going to have to worry about missing anything on Sunday races the Eagles made it harder for me.
