Sara--

I know what you mean, I have the blah's too, that's why I haven't been on here. I use the board as an accountablity, if I'm not running or working out, than I can't post. I don't know what my problem is, I have only run 5.43 miles since the half and I haven't run in over a week. When I'm at work, I'm all excited about running, I can't wait to get home and hit the TM, but when I get home; forget it. The bad part is I have a half on April 29 and I have zero motivation to train. And I am starting to get FLABBY!!!!

that we get out of our funk!!
Since I'm here, I guess I'll break my rule and post.
Dave--This is a little late, but I wanted to let you know you are not the only man. My husband Stephen (skfulkers) posts every once in awhile, I don't think he's been on since the marathon.

about your 2 miles, that's awesome!!
Mel--Yea for your intervals!! I actually think it's easier to run for longer periods of time (say 3 minutes over 1), your body gets the chance to get into a groove. By the way, have I told you PITTSBURGH'S GOING TO THE SUPER BOWL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Judy--Don't worry about the Contemporary hill, from what I remember it was a non-factor. Like someone said (Pat?) the entrance ramp going back to Epcot was worse, I think because that's mile 10 whatever and you're starting to get tired. Oh, not to give you something to worry about, but watch those pot holes! Some of them were quite large.
Melissa--I agree, I can't get into Stephen King either. The only book of his I read was "Carrie" and I thought it was only okay. I am the reading queen, I literally stay up until 1:00-2:00 in the morning reading. Keep on wearing Dr. Phil down on the treadmill!!
I better go, you know I'm not supposed to be on here.

Happy training everyone and hopefully I can get my bottom in gear tonight and get back to work!!
