I did my 30 minute run today and it was not good. My second bad run of the week. My 5K on Saturday isn't looking too promising. My legs were stiff and I felt sluggish. I'm starting to get this tiny little pain in my heal.....don't speak the P.F. thing....that's what I'm worried about
. I'm thinking happy thoughts! Anyway....not sure of my exact time but I felt like I was running in molasses...just had zero energy.
Now Saturday is supposed to be cold and rainy for the race. Do you guys think I should take it easy tomorrow and skip KBX, maybe do some yoga or take a walk instead of an intense workout? I was hoping to finish the 5k in under 30...right now I'd be happy to finish it
