Try searching for 3 also. For some reason reservations for 2 have been hard to get. I booked the day it opened for October and wasn't able to get a reservation for 2, had to book for 3 and list the 3rd guest as a non existent infant lol

Ok hold your breath...shh...What exactly is Wishes Dessert? Sorry remember I am a newbie and 1st to WDW lol:)

So excited, just booked today for the last night of our trip in October. :cool1: It is a girls only trip with my DD11. As a family of 6, it has always been too expensive for us to do.

If we can't happen to get a reservation before we go to the MK, where do we go to find out if there were any cancellations or openings for the dessert party? I wanna make sure we go to the right place to get a spot if there happens to be one.

I *think* that you have to cancel 5 days ahead of time to get a refund. If nothing opens up, you may want to try to go to the Tomorrowland Terrace a little before the Party begins, to see if they have any walk up slots available.

How do you book this using the MDE app?

My window is coming up and I have been playing around with the dining reservations. But goodness, I cannot figure out how to find the Dessert Party!

I will not have a computer, only my iphone and the lovely, glitchy MDE app.

If you're still looking don't give up hope! I just got a reservation for May 2nd today after looking for one for months!

Thank you. Is this filling up right at 180 days now?

There was a brief window of time when the dessert party booked at 180 days.

That window has closed, and it's now back to trying to guess when they'll open the book for a particular month.

Are you sure? I just booked ours this Sunday for October at 180 days out.

The last time we went (in 2012) it was 24 hours. That may have changed since then, though :thumbsup2

When I booked for this August the CM had a script she read to me with the policy differences for The Dessert Party.. cancellation is 5 days from your booked party in order to be refunded. ;)

YIKES! That's quite different now. Thanks for the heads up!

I believe so. On p 142 of this thread,, post 2128, all of September opened at once.

The opening of September 2014 dates was (I believe) the first time they didn't follow the 180 day rule since switching to it last October. I believe it is back to the 180 day schedule now.
