Waiting for early June dates, too. My DS and I do the party every year since it began. We love it.

I really want to book June 2nd as a friend will be joining us but if we can't get that date then want to book one of the nights May 22nd-24th which I can see are available. I'm nervous about waiting for the June dates to open and missing out on everything!
Can you book one date and then change it?
How quickly do they book out? (we are 8 hours behind Orlando)

Does anyone know why July 3rd is greyed out for ADR? I know July hasn't opened yet, but this is the only day that isn't blue & of course it was the one I was hoping for Has anyone seen this before?

I have May 31 booked, but I would really prefer June 2. It would be a nice way to end our trip. So, we'll wait and see what happens when June dates open up. Otherwise, I'll just stick with what I have.

So they will let you change dates even though its prepaid?

You can cancel and get a refund (which may take some time depending on your bank) and rebook what you really want.

I would just cancel it and rebook. Well, I would rebook and 'then' cancel!!! Yes, it can take awhile for money to get back into the account, so don't plan on it being an even switch!!!

I think they do something special around the 4th....no party?? I can't remember, but I know we ran into that last year in July. Sorry, I'm not more help.

This is the link to the previous thread you will notice in 2011 July 3 & 4 were released after the other July dates but last year 2012 the entire month was released at the same time. So it is anybody's guess at this point.

Thanks for the info. I was afraid that it would be blocked for the special fireworks, bummer I was hoping to have a good view with desserts for that night.

Here's hoping!! The schedule is so crazy for this, you would think there would be more consistency by now.

Are there ever time periods where the dessert party doesn't run? For example, I assume this wouldn't take place during MNSSHP, but would the dessert party stop for that whole season, or will it still take place on nights there is no MNSSHP?

It will take place on the nights that the regular Wishes is shown just not on Hallowishes (MNSSHP Nights) as far as I know

They do however have the Dessert Party on MVMCP Nights for the showing of Holiday Wishes. I went to the Dessert Party on a MVMCP Night. The first Christmas Parade will take place while your at the Party but you have plenty of time to get a good spot for the second parade after the Fireworks

As of lately it seems to open up around the 30 days out from the beginning of the month so yes but if your subscribed to this thread you will know right away.
