I never ate breakfast except to hit the fast food places on my way to work. I found I really need to get something but don't have a lot of time. So now I take an extra five minutes while I'm feeding/walking the dog and have protein shake or a "Right Size Smoothie" mix shake, both made with a cup of soy milk and ice cubes. I feel really full and am not interested in food until lunch. Without it, I really overeat later and I have a harder time losing weight if I don't start my day with the shake. The Right Size mix is very expensive compared to other powders, but it has more nutrients and works for me. Plus it's chocolate

And I would have spent about $4.00 a day on McDonald's breakfast at the drive through, so it all comes out in the wash.
