Windsor Hills Rental Question

I plan to rent a 3 bedroom condo or townhouse in Windsor Hills at the end of July. I have gotten a number of responses about available condos and townhouses. Are there any renters you would recommend or avoid? Thanks!

We have stayed at Storytime also and loved it. The owner had quick communication and the entire rental process was smooth. The townhome was just what we needed, we would use them again.

I am considering a small number of townhomes at this time. A few of them have good reviews on the boards. But I can not find anything good or bad about three of them. Has anyone used palomborent.weebly.com or renshaw.freehostia.com (by Fred Tai) or nicewindsorhillstownhome.com?
