Update: We passed ROFR today! I'm so incredibly excited! Now, we wait for closing and most importantly wait for our points to load! We are running in the Food & Wine races in the fall, and we currently have a studio booked at the GF. We really want a one bedroom (didn't have enough points to book a one bedroom at GF), so I can't wait to try to book a one bedroom at BW! Keeping fingers crossed that there will still be availability when our points are loaded.

I decided to jump in b/c it was exactly what we wanted in terms of UY and points at a great price point. I had a low cost AKV contract pass ROFR with a September 2026 closing and few available 2027 points and I am hoping I have the same luck with this CCV one that closes in October. I don’t need the points right away so I like the idea of getting all of the logistics out of the way well before I would want to use them and not having to pay for it until then is a nice bonus.

Congrats! I had my eye on that contract because it matches the UY of my VGC contracts. Thanks for buying it before I did.

I was tempted to place an offer just to see if it would pass ROFR. A few months ago, they ROFRed some VGC contracts at prices higher than that.
