:confused3 Hard to predict with Disney but last year there were offers for your dates:

Check ins between 8/19/06-9/30/06 "available to anyone" room-only code became available on 7/10/06, exp 8/18/06
Check ins between 8/19/06-9/30/06 package discounts for general public became available on 7/10/06, exp 8/18/06
Check ins between 8/27/06-9/30/06 Annual Passholder room-only rates became available on 7/12/06, exp 9/30/06
Check ins between 8/27/06-9/30/06 Florida resident room-only rates became available on 7/17/06, exp 9/30/06

Keep watching here on the DIS and mousesavers.com for deals to come!

I asked the CM this same thing, and she said (read slowly, this gets confusing) as fast as the Disney Rewards is filling up (2.5 hour waits just to talk to a cm...) that she seriously doubts there will be any more future discounts, and if there are, that they will probably be part of the same deal, only now it will be open to the public who DONT have a Disney Rewards card, and that they will basically be the same deal, which means that there will be VERY FEW spots left over from the DR deal. They will be taken from the same pot.... get it? Its hard to explain what she was trying to say, but I understood all of it at the time and it all made sence.
In a nutshell..... dont hold your breath; you might pass out waiting.:)

Yea, but wasn't this the same CM who said absolutely no free dining to the general public this year because the bounce back promotion was so sucessful there was no need to offer it? I find that most of the CMs don't have a clue what promotions may be offered in the future and some don't know about them when they are going on at that minute. Take everything the CMs tell you with a grain of salt. I no longer try to predict what Disney will do in terms of discounts because it changes so much. Maybe there will be late September discounts, maybe not. I think alot of folks are still waiting to see what happens for the summer, so we have a little wait for September.

You are correct, because they have already released the sept free dining, and the CMs I spoke to said they probably wouldnt be released this year. So that much is already wrong. PLUS my original "prediction" of no Free DDP has already been proven wrong. haha
If your human you make mistakes. Ive been more human lately.:lmao: :rotfl2:

I think they will wait to let the dust settle on the free dining. They will wait to see how many free dining packages they book, and ultimately, how many people cancel or reduce their trips because they couldn't get it (either for their dates, or because the resort they want is sold out). Since the booking deadline for free dining is late June, and last year they didn't release the room only discounts for September until July, they would have time to see if additional discounts are required to fill the rooms.
